Thank you for being our home away from home. We traveled to Aberdeen for our son's football games, it was a long drive (9 hours), and knowing we had a great place to rest was amazing. The lobby was truly inviting, always decorated so nice. The staff was great, the rooms were always nice, breakfast was good, and the whole stay was calming. Thank you ~ see you next year AmericInn in Aberdeen! Go Wolves!

We had a great stay while we were hunting pheasant here in Aberdeen. The room was clean and service was excellent. The lady that does the breakfast area named Lucia always has a smile on her face and remembers us from year to year. The staff always works well with our group and I hope to be coming back here for many more years.

To start, I called before booking and spoke to Anna about a voucher I had and she was pleasant to talk to as well as went out of her way to help! It was busy in the lobby when we arrived so I helped myself to 24/7 coffee, which I love. My wife and kids found the case with the complimentary sugar cookies that were so soft and delicious. When it was my turn to check in, the gentleman was calm and patient as I didn't feel rushed even though he was busy and there were others waiting behind me. The time were clean and beds were a little too firm but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was great as well. We will stay here again!

Very disappointed. Area is very industrial which gives a sketch vibe immediately. A lot full of broke down trucks is backed up to the parking lot. Secondly the pool was out of service so that a major amenity not even working while I was here, no mention of this when reservation was made the day prior Next I asked guess service at check in if the rooms have carbon monoxide detectors and he said yes. Luckily I can tell the difference between smoke and CO detectors and there was not one in my room so I went across the street to Menards to buy one. If you don't know what a CO detector is just tell me instead of guessing. Anyways I now have one I can use for travel as I know it's not always required in the hotel rooms hence why I asked. The rooms feels unclean everything feels sticky perhaps with humidity but also noticed the counter had some substance on it so that was gross. The ice machine has a hand scoop in it so that's disgusting and obviously won't be using that. I'll check out breakfast in the AM and supposedly the pool will be open as well so I will update my review at checkout. So far the service is average nothing notable but nothing below expected either. However if they don't accept my request at checkout for a discount for no pool and semi clean room , and false info about the CO detector I will downgrade my rating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
