This is absolutely the worst place you can go in Amman. Rude staff and everything. Be careful, they are running an expensive scam which is hiring a girl to talk you into going to the “hotel bar” sit down and orders shisha and alcoholic drinks, after she drinks 3 or 4 drinks they’ll come up to 5 or 6 guys saying “hey, this is our system and this is our pricing” and only then they’ll show you the prices. They made me pay over a thousand bucks only for a coffee I ordered but I couldn’t do anything cause they’re a mafia. I made a complaint to the police and i will sue the hotel 100% but do not fall to this scam

I can’t say much about the hotel but should you get invited to the “hotel bar”, be aware it’s a below average Gentlemen’s club. While you will be able to order all sorts of alcoholic beverages, prices will be astronomical. There is wiggle room though.

Never come to this hotel (it’s not even quarter star) or to the resto bar. They are full of thieves (Waiter, manager). Also I saw girls trying to hook guys to have expensive drinks (champagne for 90$). The manager came with a bill written by hand and increased the bill 3times the the original price. And told me I ordered 12 items where I only ordered a Shisha and water. After back and forth he got me the bill again and insisted that they charge ($55) just because you are sitting at their table (which is outdoor and not even inside the restobar.

SCAMMERS, THIEVES , GANGS, DANGEROUS. This place is run by a bunch of thieves, it's a Tinder scam, they hire girls (prosti*utes) to deceive men to go to the bar or what they call it sometimes (the lounge) which is also run by the gangs and try to charge you for example 156 Jds for a small cup of coffee you ordered and the other things the girl orders them. Be aware, do NOT go there, the whole management of the hotel and the lounge are run by thieves and gangs. If you ever were tried to be scammed by such restaurants or even people, do NOT pay or try to fight unless you were forced to, just call the POLICE on 911 and do not involve any of your friends because the scammers are DANGEROUS. Call the police and a file a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism!!

SCAM ALERT! STAY AWAY! Never ever go there! Call cops immediately if you go there by mistake!!!!!!! This is a call for cops to shutdown this place. I don’t know why the government doesn’t shutdown this place. They tried to charge us 800 jod for a dinner for 2 people. Dirty thieves! Just stay away. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
