It's my first time stayed at this Amarin Hotel. In term of price, it's quite affordable, but be prepared for the interior of the room, I feel like they still trying to figure out their Interior Design and the looks and feel for the hotel. The breakfast buffet are lovely. Things that can be improve are the amenities, more friendly receptionist, try to smile while u are entertaining your customer. The parking are quite narrow, so be careful. Overall, recommended for a one night stay

The room is clean but very smelly as they spray the perfume like FREE! And we have nose sensitive we cannot take the smell make us felt vomit. Aircon wasn't cold. The lobby waiting area full of flies 😲 The breakfast is sucks and they start keeping the food 10.30am sharp and no refill from 10am, very dirty the breakfast restaurant. Receptionist wasn't friendly. We paying Rm250 for deluxe room do you think is worth ?

Found this hotel online and thought it looked decent with its four-star rating. However, I was completely shocked once checked-in. It seems like this hotel has been around for many years and the decor looks quite outdated. The so-called rooftop pool is also not well-maintained. Unfortunately, I can only give it one star. 1. Upon entering the room, could hear the noisy sounds of vehicles outside, and the window couldn't be fully closed. It even had 3M tape on it. We contacted the front desk to request a room change, but they claimed they were fully booked. Level 8 and level 9 were closed due to poor Wi-Fi connection, but even on level 7 we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi at all. Finally, front desk send a maintenance person came and locked the window with a screwdriver. 2. The ceiling is peeling off in chunks, and the walls have been damaged with pieces falling off. The wallpaper is also peeling and hasn't been properly glued. 3. The showerhead in the bathroom is completely black, which is very disgusting. The maintenance staff also had to disassemble it, clean it thoroughly, and brush it before it could be reluctantly for us deemed acceptable for use. The drain next to the toilet resembles the drains found in public restrooms outside.

Pay Price for 4 Star Hotel fees, however internet connection from could not reach level 7 ? hard to use own data connection Call up for customer services request for help and the end maintenance does not understand internet after retry several times, after that no news. Parking pathway not really friendly could potential scratch Customer service not friendly at all.

Booked a twin deluxe room and requested for a large bed, but ended up given a room with 2 twin beds. And we can't combine ourselves as there is a beside table in between of the beds. When we booked under Agoda, it's written there the room is for 2 adults and 2 kids. But everything is given in a pair only. The towels, the mineral water... the bathroom looks very gloomy, not enough lights in it. And we can see unwanted paints on the mirror, moulds on the wall and there is leakage at the water tap. The shower head holder couldn't hold the shower head tight. It's not very comfortable staying here. The mugs are oily. The hair dryer is not very friendly as you need to keep pressing the button for it to continue blowing. The whole hotel is old.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
