Stayed October 6-9th and we truly had the best girls weekend away ever! The apartment was perfect, which seemed to me recently renovated. Had a lovely sea view and small terrace with shared pool. Everything was super clean and staff very helpful. City center is around a 10 minute walk away. Arranging of an airport shuttle was also very easy and was taken care of by they lovely staff. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very quaint and staff was very helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Close enough to the main strip, but the walk (about 15 min) is a little sketchy down curvy roads that cars come speeding around. You could hear the cars all night as well. Our room had a shared terrace with about 3 other rooms and we all had our own table and chairs. It was fine, but if you're looking for more privacy, make sure you get the rooms with private balcony. The view was really pretty though.

Ideal location to Thera town, ladies at reception went above and beyond to help us and were very friendly. They suggested a catamaran tour and it was the best thing we did while visiting Santorini. Our room was very close to the road and boy races (in high season) zoom past during the night. Room was cleaned every day up to a great standard. Great price would stay again.

Great hotel. Reception was super nice and helpful, they have parking if you rent a car, and everything in Fira is walking distance. Our room even had a porch where you could watch a beautiful sunrise! Would highly recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
