I stayed at the Ameritania in mid-December 2023. It was a for one person for a one night stay. The location of the hotel is absolutely great, just a couple blocks from Times Square, Central Park and Rockefeller Centre. The hotel itself is clean, well kept and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I arrived earlier than expected and was even able to get a room early! Overall I had a great stay and will likely stay here again next time I am in NYC.

Very decent price. Rooms were larger than most in the same price range. Beds were comfortable. Very easy walk to Time Square and most theaters. Angelo's Pizza around the corner isn't just pizza. Very good food. Front desk service was great. Majid was very accommodating. Doormen couldn't be nicer. Coffee and tea bar in the lobby was nice to grab a cup on the way out each day. I would definitely stay there again.

It's a decent hotel with reasonable price for NYC area. Slightly on the older side but at least it's clean. Room size is small, just like most other NYC hotels. There was a somewhat strong perfumed smell in the room, I'm guessing it was from their cleaning service but at least there was no cigarette smell at all. The gym is pretty small, so if gym equipment is important for you, this is not the place you want to stay at. The best part of the hotel is the location. Within walking distance of both Central Park, the Theater District, and Times Square.

We had the pleasure of staying at this centrally located hotel in NYC, and it truly made our visit convenient. Its proximity to Times Square and the central area of the city was a significant advantage. The standout feature for us was the exceptional customer service. The employees were consistently polite and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their welcoming attitude added to the overall positive experience. While the rooms were cozy, they met our expectations.

It's a bit chaotic being near the Ed Sullivan theater, but they manage it pretty well. The room was good. Full beds, comfy enough; bathroom good, view not so great because it's covered in scaffolding currently. All and all a good stay. Bars, restaurants close by. Times square close. Transit on train is nearby, cabs, etc. all easy to get to. Loud at night because it's in the middle of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
