it's a nice hotel, staff are well schooled, everything is where its supposed to be and the management have made sure that today's business travellers are catered for (Internet, access to power). on the negative side the bar downstairs is massively overpriced (especially for wine €11-12 for 0.2L) , however it is quite pleasant and staff are friendly and competent.

Room was very spacious nice decor and bed and pillows were comfy, however was missing fridge and ironing board (although a room upstairs was available to iron clothes for free). We didn't have breakfast included which was our fault, but jesus it was very expensive, approx 25-30 euros each! Had a good selection of deli and cold breakfast items, but coffee was average and not many hot options or pastries- very bad value. Overall really nice location though and near some nice cafés and public transport, would advise to find breakfast elsewhere unless cheaper during booking.

First time in Berlin, a week in mid December. My wife and I didn’t really know where to stay but a friend suggested the Abion. The Abion was an instant hit. Absolutely beautiful design, right on the Spree River, and just above the Tiergarten. The hotel itself is super cool. The room was on the small side but we had a king size bed and enough space for us to throw our stuff around. We booked a room facing the river so that was a bonus. The staff were super pleasant, and the bar and restaurant were top notch (weinerschnitzel). Outside on the strip was the path along the river; good for running. Location wise - Outside There’s a nice little grocery store and the Paulaner restaurant which has awesome meals. We found a little breakfast cafe just north across the Klein Tiergarten. A few minutes walk south east is a little burger/gluhwein stand you’d miss if you blinked but the wein and food are sehr gut. You’re close to U and S Bahn stations and basically 20 minutes from anywhere. The hotel restaurant even distills their own gin. Do it. Book it.

Nice stylish hotel, rooms are big and clean. Very good breakfast with many options. The biggest challenge for me was to find the entrance to garage. There is no sign, so I drove to few entrances and only at the attempt #3, I found the right path So, when you turn to the area, you have to look for regular underground parking, there will be no sign that this is connected to Hotel, but you will find Hotel name afterwards when you are in garage.

Amazing rooms in perfect condition, nicely equipped. The breakfasts were great, everyone was very nice. Motorbikes can be parked for free right in front of the hotel. The location is within a walking distance from the city center and all the usual tourist destinations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
