        We stayed at the Amethyst hotel over the new year period and I have to say their service, breakfast and location were absolutely outstanding. We were within walking distance to bus and tram links and about 30 mins walk to the main attractions in Istanbul. Clean hotel and great staff. The Hammam experience was great too. Would definitely recommend

        This hotel has small rooms the same as throughout Türkiye but rooms numbered 12 are smaller. The aircon is preset at 23C which was too hot for a small room. We opened our window at night but the noise didn’t drop until 9:30pm. The Türkiye people don’t understand maintenance and the bathroom had some mould in the corners of the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good in quality and reasonably priced. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the Grand Bazar and many shops and sights. As a tourist you have to realise that 90% of the population are smokers and it is difficult to remove yourself from this environment although most inside eating is smoke free. The hotel on line photos are of superior rooms only, nothing like standard rooms.

        The room was very small, and the staff were unprofessional and not friendly. The breakfast was far from delicious. The location was not ideal, being far from the mosques and the Grand Bazaar. The price was excessive for the quality offered. I would not recommend.

        Perfect location, friendly staff. The rooms were not sound proof. I was woken up to someone having fun next door to me. The free breakfast is go nice at the hotel. I was also a little annoyed at the manager on my last day for an assumption that was made. Would I stay again? Probably not, mainly because the rooms are paper thin. But the staff, location was spot on 👌🏼

        Staff were disrespectful and needed serious customer service orientation 😒 Management must see to the hotel prices, they intend to bargain for their own interest, which I unfortunate and unprofessional.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
