The staff kindness is the jewel of this lovely boutique hotel. They really go out of their way to help you out. The atmosphere is so nice. It's quiet and it has a brilliant roof top. The location is perfect.

Everything was excellent, I was there for 2 nights. The room is a bit small but functional, the staff are nice and friendly. The location is really good, easy access to the public transport and restaurants. I recommend!

All in all a very nice experience staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. We had a Junior Suite with a bedroom, a small living room with TV, a sofa and a desk with cofee maker, and seperate bathroom and toilet. For our use this was just perfect for the price. At first we really didn't like the app lock system. When we had used it a handful of times it was actually quite ok. We didn't get our room cleaned the first day, but after talking to the staff it was then cleaned. The location was just perfect with the Metro nearby and direct access to the cosy narrow streets.

Do not stay. This place was so small and humid. This was the worst stay we’ve had in Europe. Unfortunately there was also a party in the room next to us going on from 2-4am. We asked them to keep it down with no luck, and there are no staff here overnight to assist with noise. Like the other reviews the room is too small and the sink is right next to the bed as well as the toilet. This hotel is too expensive for what they offer. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

I was surprised by the rating and wasn’t sure if it’s good. But eventually it was good! The place is located in the center, everything you need is super close. As being a clean freak, I can say the room was very clean. The service is the best, hotel’s staff are friendly and helpful, they let to leave luggage before check in and after check out for free. Perfect for a tourist. Can recommend this place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
