Incredible experience at this beautiful hotel. The customer service is unbelievably amazing and the staff are so attentive. The hotel is located in a great area, right next to the main road and everything is a quick scooter ride or walk away. The rooms are massive with a full kitchen and laundry! The breakfast is made to order and the selection is incredible. Can't find enough good things to say about this place. Highly recommend it!!!

I can truly say the pictures on the website do not adequately represent the luxurious atmosphere at the Ammatara Pura. The rooms are ornate and spacious beyond my dreams. The staff is wonderful. From the front desk to the pool bar and housekeeping everyone is lovely. I highly recommend spending the few extra baht and stay here!

Nestled along the beachfront, Ammatara Pura proved to be a hidden gem for those in search of a peaceful escape away from the crowds. The allure of this retreat lies in its serene ambiance and thoughtful amenities. One of the standout features was the inclusion of a private pool in every room. This luxurious touch elevated the entire experience, providing a secluded space to unwind and enjoy moments of pure relaxation. The rooms at Ammatara Pura are impressively spacious, allowing ample room to breathe and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. A walk-in closet added a touch of convenience, ensuring a clutter-free living space. The outdoor shower proved to be a delightful connection with nature, offering a refreshing and unique experience. Meanwhile, the balconies, complete with ocean and pool views, provided the perfect vantage point to soak in the natural beauty. A comfortable bed added to the overall allure, promising a restful night's sleep. While my stay was nearly flawless, a minor hiccup arose with non-functional pool lights and jets. Though a slight inconvenience, it did little to dampen the overall charm of the resort. In summary, Ammatara Pura is an enchanting destination, making it a must-visit for couples seeking a romantic getaway or families with small children. The resort effortlessly combines luxury, tranquility, and natural beauty, offering a memorable retreat.

Charming relaxing ambience, spacious gorgeous rooms, unbelievebly friendly and helpful staff! What I haven‘t seen in any hotel of this class before is a washing machine in your room - so convenient, really appreciated it. If you have a late night flight, don’t worry about checking out at 12 - I spent a day in town, came back, got a towel, refreshed myself in a shower and changed for the flight👌Thank you so much for this wonderful experience 🌸🙏🌸

This place is really beautiful. The details on the property and the room is just perfect. The staff also goes above and beyond for you here. You feel like they truly care about you and your experience. They took care of all of our transportation from the airport and to our next destination. They even helped us rent scooters to tour the island at a discounted rate. I highly recommend this resort. It’s clean and exotic. The rooms are giant and you feel like a Queen / King!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
