I had an incredible stay. Room and common area is clean. My kids was enjoy with swimming pool and kids club. Very friendly staffs provided promptly services. Beach was so stunning when sunset. I especially loved the delicious breakfast options. Recommend for a memorable and comfortable experience. I'm definitely planning to return for another stay !!

This is the second time staying here. The first time, the hotel has not been renovated at all. After renovation, the hotel has become more beautiful. Both the rooms and the area around the hotel Importantly, the employees still provide good service as always. Next year will come back again.

Very good location on bangtao beach. Newly renovated. Staff may sound curt & unfriendly but they try their best to accede to our request & polite enough. The resort has no lifts. Only 3 floors - ground first and second. Feel sorry door the management and owner as there are teething problems Bathroom flooding, aircon issues, not enough hooks in bathroom door towels There’s a beach club bar next to it. Was playing loud music but we requested hotel staff to ask them to turn down volume. Anyway they close at 11pm. Ocean and pool view ok but may be noisy. Overall relaxing. Food is reasonably tasty. One part of pool is shady with trees. Gym has good sea view while working out

TOTAL LACK OF BASIC HOSPITALITY. This is my honest review as well as a request for an improvement which will be hopefully done but I AM NEVER STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. 1. The housekeeping often times forgot to put the fresh and clean towels after removing the dirty ones. 2. One one morning the water in the bathroom has been switched off. I couldn’t do any self cleaning and start my day. 3. The tap water is not clean in general in Phuket but in this hotel it runs in a light yellow color which you can see if you try to fill in the sink. 4. Purpose design flaw in the bathroom glass door - there are gaps so by the time you finish showering the floor towel is soaking wet. 5. Safety box often times malfunctions. 6. Room service food is disappointing and not tasty. 7. Hair dryer is old and needs to be replaced. 8. The shower runs hot water whenever it wants. While taking a shower a very hot stream of water starts to run at some point and its very uncomfortable and painful, this happens every 2-3 mins while you are taking the shower.

We love the big pool with the water jet massage area, the easy walk to the beach, and can walk to many restaurants and bars along the coast. It will be a relaxing place if no construction or renovation occurs. The room after renovation we stayed is really nice and refreshing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
