        Loved this hotel! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great room with a view and an awesome bathroom. Location is great, being close to the Harbour and train stations. Would definitely stay there again.

        Comfortable quiet and very helpful staff. Room could do with a make over and a bit more effort in the way it's cleaned but I am a little picky when it comes to that. Breakfast was good but over priced. Overall not a bad place to spend the night.

        I had an excellent stay at Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney! 🏨👍🏻 Very good costumer service at the reception and quick checking. The hotel is very nice, good decoy and great from the entrance. For the rooms, it was very spacious one. Also a very nice decoy, furniture, equipped with amenities in the bathroom etc, bright and big window. Lovely view of the city also! The location of the hotel also is excellent, right in the city center. By walking distance to Sydney opera, shoppings all around, botanical garden, parks, the port, the harbour, etc. Overall It was a wonderful stay, more than satisfied. ☺️👍🏻

        I had an excellent stay at Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney! 🏨👍🏻 Very good costumer service at the reception and quick checking. The hotel is very nice, good decoy and great from the entrance. For the rooms, it was very spacious one. Also a very nice decoy, furniture, equipped with amenities in the bathroom etc, bright and big window. Lovely view of the city also! The location of the hotel also is excellent, right in the city center. By walking distance to Sydney opera, shoppings all around, botanical garden, parks, the port, the harbour, etc. Overall It was a wonderful stay, more than satisfied. ☺️👍🏻

        There was a fire emergency so the elevators were down, that's understandable. But the concierge told me to walk up 18 floors with a rolled ankle, and said it's not his problem that I couldn't. They left me sleeping in the foyer and wouldn't assist me at all. I'll never stay here again

        My stay at Amora Sydney on December 23rd took an unfortunate turn due to an incident that left me deeply disappointed. After a late return to my room following dinner, I purchased a high-quality pack of cigarettes for $56. Unaccustomed to smoking, I left this pack in my room the next morning while I stepped out for shopping, being certain it was the sole item in the room. Upon my return, the pack was missing. Disturbed by the disappearance, I approached the reception to report the incident. The manager confirmed someone had entered my room to check the mini-bar before my return from shopping, but no evidence of the missing item was found. Despite this intrusion and my earnest explanation, I was told there was nothing they could do due to a lack of proof. This response was not only disheartening but also felt dismissive and offensive. What saddened me further was discovering a $12 charge for two bottles of water at checkout. Typically, this amenity is complimentary in most hotels, so this unexpected charge was bewildering. The overall handling of my honest claim regarding the missing item was disappointing, and the lack of support or effort to investigate the situation left me feeling undervalued as a guest. Additionally, the surprise charges for standard amenities contradicted my expectations for a seamless and guest-centric experience.
