After new normal period, it seems like affect guest number and income so low... Management need to do assessment and maybe a little investment to "refresh" on facilities they want to sale in this hotel to enhance back the image branding. Especially in room facilities to present white clean bed sheets, white clean towels, clean bathrooms floor, and please check condition of furnitures.

A minimalist hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The only complaint is that the floors feel a bit small. The toilets are regularly cleaned and are very clean. The toilets are too far from the front door so people might have a hard time finding it. Prices aren't very high. You can also book a few rooms or use the lobby for events such as a registration desk. Its position is quite strategic even though in front of the hotel is a one-way road. You can easily find restaurants nearby. The locks are secure enough using magnetic locks.

I visited the hotel for a meeting. The hotel was quite old and quiet. They turned off the escalator and the guest were directed to use their small lift instead. The lunch buffet was quite tasty with good selection of Indonesian food. The bathroom was dark and not properly cleaned.

4 stars hotel but doesn't feels like that. Been staying in deluxe room and it has a unique design. There is a pillar in the middle of my room that block the view to the window from my bed. No lock on bathroom window so people can easily open it if they didn't know there is a people inside. I can smell stink in the room. Even the lobby is stink, on night time sometimes. Horrible. On positive tought, the staffs are friendly, nice and helpful. The locations are great. It is near a transportation hub and near a grocery shop. Won't be staying here anymore.

This place is very old and dirty. Deluxe room is super small. Should not take the no window room at all. Breakfast is not so not variety. Price is much higher than others. Photos in Goolgle is way far different with real one. Don't believe those photos. Towels, bed covers and pillows look not clean and old. Plus: nice staffs, good location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
