The right environment if you wish to have peace and quiet and want to be treated in hospital. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from Bangkok Hospital works flawlessly.

Because of a cancelled flight, we had to find a place to stay for a couple of days. We were very happy to find the Amp am House Hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms large, clean and well furnished. The breakfast was also very tasty. While the location is not perfect for tourists, the hotel is highly recommended for someone desiring comfortable living. Thank you for having us!

A very beautiful and clean place. All staff are friendly esp Lance. They always smile at you and give you a good service. We super like the bed, the sheets, it's so comfy and so clean. It's quiet in the room and the lighting are good. I also like that you can do your laundry on your own without extra cost, you just need to buy your own detergent. The only downside to some but not for us since we rent a van for our whole stay in Thailand is that it's a bit far from the train or public vehicles. Though they offer a free ride to the hospital where I think some public vehicles are available already. Another probably is the buffet breakfast, since they only offer a very few options. But for 100 Bhat, I already get my money's worth just by drinking 2-3 cups of Americano per day that would normally cost 50-70 Bhat per cup outside. That being said, they offer almost the same thing everyday, so another option would be buying from 7/11 and cook it inside your room since all rooms have kitchen and cooking and dining utensils. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. 😊 It's so good that I can't really complain anything. With the hotels we have stayed in Thailand, so far I would say this is the best. I would probably be back here again if I visit Bangkok next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
