the hotel is good. But! why ring the doorbell at 9 am, wake everyone up, and offer to clean... people are sleeping, the do not disturb button doesn’t work, then what is it for? do something about it

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel from 6 to 8 Nov 2023. The room is clean and the towels are fresh. And the hotel is close to the night market. I am very grateful and convey my many thanks to one of the staff, Mr Hoang Loc, who went out all the way without reservations to help me retrieve my lost Iphone. I dropped my Iphone while riding a rental motobike. I cannot remember my password to my emails and Apple accounts, thus, could not login to locate my phone. For many hours, Mr Hoang persistently WhatsApp my mobile number. Finally, he contacted me that someone had found my phone and handed over to a police station. Mr Hoang personally fetched me to the police station to collect my phone. His service is exceptional and way out of the WORLD. Thank you very much Mr Hoang Loc.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the night market. They do i include a breakfast buffet upstairs in the morning. I am only surprised that a big hotel like this doesn't have a push car for your luggage, we have a 23kg box that we are carrying around since we have no yet arrived at our final destination. Other than that this hotel was a great experience.

Located at Duong Duong Town, the room was cozy and the price was good for its included breakfast. The breakfast was authentic vietnam style and delicious. Mart just next door and many local restaurants nearby. The hotel need to keep 1 passport from us until check out as they explained due to its hotel policy, which I felt a bit unsecured.

Good location this hotel. Close to night market and conveniently food and other. Hotel rent a motorcycle and it is 6$ per day. Blackfast include and service is kindly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
