Exceptional value for money! The villas offer the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. While they are situated about 1KM from shops, the resort provides complimentary bicycles for easy access. Additionally, the free shuttle service, available four times a day, enhances convenience for commuting to places in Rawai. It's truly the ultimate retreat, ensuring total privacy. The cleaning service respects your space, attending only when summoned. Enjoying the pool without any disruptions adds to the overall serene experience. Highly recommended for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay!

I am very impressed with this place, the staff were super helpful and real, taking care of us very well. The villa comes with private pool and it’s far away from the noise. I feel so good every morning that I wake up to sit up around this hotel it’s surrounded with the nature. the breakfast is amazing. I definitely want to come back here again thank you so much for the staff team to make our stay memorable.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. We were 4 people and got a huge 2 store villa with living room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Villa was beautiful. Service was on top. Personel was very helpful with all sorts of matters. The location is a minor problem without scooter or car. It was too far to walk with kids so we had to use taxi a lot. The distance is 1-2km until shops and 5km until the nearest 2 beaches. But those 2 beaches are the best beaches we have seen in Phuket. Hotel has a tuk tuk that can take you for free to certain places at 9am/11am/2pm/4pm. So with a bit of planning it is easier to get around. Overall a very pleasant stay.

My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. Pros of staying here: + it's really tidy + the staff is super helpful and extremely friendly. If it's your first stay in Thailand they will be helping you out a lot. +great food at the hotel restaurant (maybe a bit expensive compared to other places in Thailand) +possibility to rent scooters, book taxis/ activities and so on directly at the reception (also a bit more expensive, than looking for cheaper options yourself - but very convenient) +washing machine/ dryer (+laundry service incl. ironing if u want) +10 min by scooter from the beautiful nai harn beach, 12 min away from yanui beach +cute cats (but be careful, there is one cat in particular that u might really fall in love with and which might make you want to stay and feed her forever) +extremely creative and beautiful architecture and a lot of plants +your pool and hotel room get cleaned nearly every time you leave the hotel for a few hours +free soap, toothbrush, shower gel (restocked daily!!) +air conditioning works fine con: not the cheapest of places (especially regarding extra services and food) Thanks for having us! ❤️

You need a car to get around. It is a secluded lovely place that I would love to visit again. It is a very good price with 6 and a big size swimming pool. Impressive!! It's closed to Rawai Beach and all amenities. You get a day trip only 30 minutes away to famous islands such as Coral Island , Racha Island, and Bon Island. Service needs improvement as I called 5 times, but reception was available to answer.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
