A very unique outdoors experience in an idyllic setting. Good for families with young children to be outside in beautiful nature and enjoy the roaming animals… the villas are nice and charming however need lots of renovations. All Prices are exorbitant, rooms, food and all activities. The service although friendly is not organized and inefficient with poor communication in general. The food offering was the biggest let down, poor quality and variety across the 3 hotels. We enjoyed it overall but would not go back.

Our recent stay at Anantara Sir Bani Yas Yas Island Al Sahel Villa Resort was nothing short of magical. The customer service was impeccable, creating an inviting and serene atmosphere. The cuisine surpassed expectations, with each meal presenting a delectable journey. Special gratitude to Arav for his delightful conversation and top-notch food service, enhancing my dining experience. The safari ride was truly unforgettable, adding an adventurous touch to the overall splendor. Anantara Sir Bani Yas exceeded every expectation, providing a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommend this resort for an enchanting escape.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is good. However, there are a few areas of development specially in the area for recreational activities for kids. It should have indoor and outdoor activities, games for kids. Considering both the climate as well as make use of the wide space at their disposal. My son 11yrs did start to get bored after sometime as there were no activities to keep them engaged. You might also like to include more veg/Indian options for food in your menu.

Location wise it’s amazing place, But staff are not well trained, activities are extremely expensive and not worth the price, food is not good and yet expensive, all rooms are very old and not refurbished. Wouldn’t recommend anyone until they change their rooms and food quality’s. Safari is so expensive and you only see gazelle nothing else and it’s 350 per person which is not justifiable, even though gazelle are roaming everywhere for free. The manager won’t cross a mile to make you happy except smile and make you pay. Food and drink and below average in quality but in price are extremely above average. Rooms with pool are extremely dirty water I was suppose to stay for 2 nights and I only stayed for one night. I don’t recommend it to anyone there are better alternatives around

We have visited this hotel about 8 times in recent years and on each occasion we leave wanting to come back! Most recently I visited for the first time with a dietary restriction (gluten) and the staff could not have done any more to accommodate my requirements - simply superb service. Francis the chef, Yomon, Tina and everyone else we interacted with were brilliant - thank you to all at Al Sahel for the amazing stay. We will be back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
