The Anantara Downtown Dubai is an excellent hotel. The location is great and so are the rooms, meals and services. The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. Their service stood out from the lobby, concierge, restaurants to room service and housekeeping - they exceeded expectations. The variety and service offered at breakfast was outstanding, as were the housekeeping personnel. Our room was tended by Saubhagya - who was very pleasant and thorough in her work. The rooms are extremely comfortable and amenities are excellent.

All the staff at Anantara are absolutely first rate. On my recent trip I was unwell, with a bad cough and Rahul administered to me in the middle of the night on 2 nights, getting me hot Honey and lemon to help me sleep. The front door team especially Joseph are also always impeccable, nothing is too much trouble. A great team which means a joy to stay. Thanks all once again. Mark

Service at this hotel is impeccable. The staff is wonderful throughout; attentive, accommodating, polite and friendly across all areas. The rooms are extremely comfortable and amenities are top notch. The breakfast room staff is exceptional and Nicholas in the pool area is wonderful - warm, very attentive and lovely to talk to. Thanks to all for a beautiful stay at this hotel! We look forward to returning here in the future.

This hotel is amazing, luxury rooms, perfect view, the service is on the high level. I just want to say few words about housekeeper Karuna. She is very attentive, always friendly and polite, every day she leaves small cute notes with flowers and wishing me a good day. And I’m so in love with her special bubble bath, she does it for me every day, full of flowers of course how we girls like😄

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Anantara hotel. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten my shopping bags from a luxury store in my room. I called the hotel, and they confirmed they had found them. However, reaching them again became an ordeal – numerous calls went unanswered until I tried from a different number. Sent my cousin to collect the bags since I had to return to my country, but the hotel initially handed over a bag that wasn't mine and I have never seen before. Not only that but it was also empty. Only after escalating the issue to the manager did they provide the correct bag. It's a real shame because, aside from this incident, the service and amenities were commendable. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last stay with them. Would not recommend due to serious concerns over their handling of guest property. Even a 1 star hotel wouldn't do that. Think twice before booking with them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
