I was here for my best friend’s wedding handling by the resort team. K.Kim (ขิม) and the team were super proactive and professional. Highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing place to have your dream wedding. The bar was nice. The drinks were good.

Always love this place. Was here over Christmas and again had a fabulous time. Super staff and service, fabulous grounds, great food, gym is small but has it all inside and out.. You cannot fault this Anantara, except, that it is a bit far from the town..but get Grab or Bolt...

Anantara Vacation Club royal member allows us to travel to several Anantara hotels from Europe to Asia every year. However, sad to say Anantara Hua Hin is very lacking in terms of the staff attitude & service. The staff were not smilling & the service rendered seems to be not up to par, with the staff mostly clueless about the hotel. When issues were brought up to the manager, there seems to be resistance & disbelief on the performance and attitude of her staff. Retraining & benchmarking to the Anantara standard is sorely needed. The rooms were satisfactory, though dated, and the grounds were well kept & pleasant. Free drinks by the pool were offered and suite guests had very good lagoon privliges & complimentary laundry. A shame that the staff performance was not up to par, and hopefully the drop in service quality was due to the Christmas & New Year’s rush.

The room smell like an old sock. We arrived at around 10:30pm and super tired from a long drive from Bangkok. No porter to collect our luggage so we carried our bags and walked to the check in counter. While there were staff at the reception, no one bothered to ask us for any help because they were busy talking to each other. First impression of the room was that it smelled like an old sock and old there was a stain on the sofa. We were really upset by this time but too bad, we’re too tired to request for a change in the room. We shared these complaints to the duty manager, Mr Yingsuphat, the next day, he seems to understand and we appreciate him trying to conduct service recovery. So we hope things will be better for our next visit….

We spent one night here and it was amazing. The staffs are helpful and well-trained. The room is comfortable. I have enjoyed the spa for 2 hours and it turned out really great! I will be back again next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
