My family of 3 spent Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 at Anantara Naiadi Rome. From our easy airport pickup to being able to extend at the busiest time of the year, the experience was one to remember. Great food, better than expected room for 3, wonderful staff especially the Concierge Team that just make things happen, walking distance to attractions like the Colosseum and minutes from the Central Station. If Rome is your agenda, this hotel will not disappoint you. We will be back.

The Anantara is exactly what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. From the moment you arrive until you get to your room, they’re guiding you on an experience. The manager there was incredibly helpful, and instantly tried to make a personal connection to make us comfortable. The rooms were clean, beautiful and full of amenities. All amenities worked well. The room service food was quick, tasty and well priced. All staff members were helpful, kind and extremely professional. I can’t think of one thing that went wrong or one thing that I could even complain. This is a great experience for anyone going to their first time 5 star hotel, or wanting to spend good money on a quality hotel in Rome. We’ll be considering other Anantara hotels for aboard trips thanks to this hotel.

Staying at this hotel is a Full experience from start to finish. Valet greets you with a warm welcome! Valentina at the concierge desk can help you plan your day and help with any questions! She helped us plan our trip to Florence from Rome and gave us many restaurant recommendations too! We had the best time lounging at the bar with Elizabeth who made us feel so welcomed with cocktails and charcuterie. The restaurant in the hotel is superb and don’t forget to make your way up to the coolest rooftop bar for an after dinner cocktail or dessert!!

I’m writing this review from the airport as I already miss staying at the Anantara. Our stay was fantastic. Every need was anticipated and taken care of immediately. Alex at the front was a great example of this, he even gave great recommendations depending on what neighborhood we were headed to that day. We also did the couples spa treatment, which left us relaxed, rejuvenated, and feeling romantic. The staff was meticulous with their treatment and left no stone unturned to ensure we left feeling amazing. We can’t wait to come back to this world class hotel. - The Bonett’s

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We were treated like royalty the entire time we were there. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing. We booked a regular deluxe room, but we were upgraded to a junior suite with a spectacular view of the fountain. Front desk helped us multiple times with printing tickets and doing money exchange. Concierge helped us with navigating the train system, restaurant recommendations, and took us on a tour of the amazing Bentley furniture collection when we asked why there was a Bentley Christmas tree in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge variety. The bar manager even let me make an aperol spritz and spent time explaining various rotovap distilling techniques and liquors to us. The drinks were phenomenal and we loved going to the bar for an aperitivo before dinner each night. The restaurant Seen is also not to be missed - pricey but absolutely fantastic. The only slight downside is the location - not in the historic area but there’s no way a hotel like this could possibly exist in that area. Plus the metro and a taxi station is right outside so you can travel throughout the city very easily. An unforgettable experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
