Nice place to see the animals on a safari, otherwise a bit bare around the resort, there's a lot of tree plantations around, but they are wrapped to protect them so not much around there. They were not good with communication prior to our arrival, which is a shame as you have to be in contact with them to get on the Island. we Lost a lot of time having to wait for the ferry for hours in a place where's there's nothing around there. This was due to their poor communication. The staff at the island tried to make it up but there's nothing really you can do to make up the waisted time. An upgrade is nice gesture but could be done anyway when the resort is almost empty. Staff were nice on the Island. It's a long drive from abu dhabi and even longer from Dubai, but a good trip if you have not been on safari in africa, then it's a good alternative, even tough nothing like the real experience in Tanzania or Kenya. Nothing much to do in the resort or around , there's no nature or nature trails you could go on your own, no fishes or any life in the sea in front of the villas, you can go for swim though. you need to book and pay for anything you want to do. But the safari I think was worth it if you enjoy seeing animals.

Amazing staff, very welcoming and always with a big smile. Rooms are clean and very beautiful… al yamm beach is fantastic. I recommend the resort + they took me around the 3 hotels and if i were to choose ill be struggling. I stayed at al yamm beach villa… the pool comes with a heater so you can swim even if the weather is cold.

An amazing experience, with very knowledgeable tour guides and lovely staff. I enjoyed the stories of the islands history and the different wildlife from our tour guide. Private villa with plunge pool was fantastic and great value as I booked on the off season in June. Golf carts are available for pickup from the villas and transportation between the three properties on the island was also available. Shaded parking is available outside the arrival center on the maidland and ferries are scheduled for 12pm and 3pm. My only suggestion is that breakfast at the villa was not provided. Given the off season and a pregnant wife with me, it would have been a nice touch if that request was accommodated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
