The room is amazing: very large with high ceilings with beds on the loft upstairs. However, the place is not very customer friendly. In order to use the indoor pool, you need to have a swim cap, which is not a common practice for non-Korean people. Guess how much they want to charge for one swim cap? 99,000 w, ie $80!!!! The breakfast is 55,000 w., when you can get a delicious meal for 10,000w elsewhere. I wanted to check out the outdoor pool, the person made me go down several floors to register at the indoor pool. The gym is free for guests only once per night of stay. The coffee machine in the room has only one kind of pod, no creamer. Tea is of poor quality, not matching the luxury hotel standard. Not worth the money.

They don’t provide shampoo and shower gel..requested from front desk and was told the bar soap is the only thing they provide..Which is unhygienic for sharing and repeated use..it’s also small and slippery to hold and drop to the floor easily while holding..Bring your own shampoo and shower gel if you’re not into bar soap. Totally unjustifiable for cost saving with hotel priced at this rate..Even 1 star hotel provide such basic necessities.

Huge rooms & beautifully design interior of the room and the property. Hotel is new, so they're still very clean. Comfortable beds, and the room itself is enough for 4 people. Which is a good thing if you're traveling with friends or family of four. Disliked · For the price and a five star hotel, I expected more for the services. This hotel feels like a budget hotel and five star price. - When we checked in, nobody help us to carry our luggage to the room. - You have to book to use the indoor pool, which you also need to wear a swimming cap (if you don't have one, the hotel sell one) - The main reason we stay here because we want to try the sauna, but to my surprise I have to pay for the sauna (KRW 38,000 / person) because of my room type. None of these were communicated/stated anywhere when we booked/checked in. - During 1 day of our stay, they didn't clean the room because we accidentally press the "do not disturb" sign. So at night we asked for more coffee capsule because it was not refilled since the room is not being cleaned. To my surprise again, I have to pay for those "extra capsule". Come on, even budget hotels would give those for free. Why so cheap? - The rooms temperature on goes to 25 Celcius, cannot go below that. We stayed in November, when the temparature outside is around 4-8 Celcius and we feel so HOT and STUFFY at night. Cannot imagine how it feels in the summer. - Toiletries like toothbrush & toothpaste is not free. You have to pay for it. Beware of this! In conclusion, would I stay in this hotel again? NO Would I recommend this hotel to my friend and family? Yes, but only for short stay (1 or 2 nights). Because the hotel & room is beautiful. But the rest is MEHHH

Close to 4/5 stars but no cigar. Rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable although mine lacked what is standard in almost every hotel room on Earth: a TV. I understand the wellness focus of the hotel concept, but this omission should be clearly disclosed upon booking. What also should be equally disclosed is the fact that the amenities like the gym and sauna, inasmuch as they are state-of-the-art and well-run, are available for a fee. I found this odd for how much you’re already paying to stay there… And lastly, I would be remiss not to mention how much of a frustrating experience it was to navigate throughout the hotel. First, there was no apparent signage that informed you that the lobby was on the second floor upon arrival and you can’t enter the building itself without a room key… Literally how does that make any sense when you are arriving to check-in?? Second, for a newly constructed building, the elevators move not only at an incomprehensibly glacial pace, but the order in which they stop at each floors makes absolutely zero sense. For example, if I wanted to go down from my floor, I sometimes would have to travel up to the floors above me before I could do so. All in all, I would chalk all of these drawbacks up to the fact that the hotel just recently opened, so I’m sure they can iron out these rather pesky kinks.

Such a beautiful hotel. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very large and amazing space to relax in. The gym was also the best gym we have ever been in The pool timings however feel like overkill - I’m not sure of the purpose of cleaning for 20 minutes each hour and asking guests to leave - I haven’t experienced this level of ‘cleaning’ anywhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
