One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been to! The hotel itself is beautiful, very well kept, very clean. The staff is lovely and helpful and always at your service. The room was super large and comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful. The beach is nice, although the location is not the best in terms of wind and waves so not easy to swim. The resort was very quiet when we were there and we were very happy with our 8-night stay there. Would have easily stayed longer! The only downside is the breakfast (and the restaurant in general). It’s not very good, the food was stale and the choice minimal. The restaurant is okay but very expensive compared to places around and not that good.

This place is almost perfect, dont know where to start. Staff is amazing, they are constantly cleaning everything without being intrusive (roofs, signposts, the beach...) and always ready to help you with a smile. Second, the place is stunning, we went on December and at night everything was decorated with white/orange lights. Beach is like a part of the resort, pool is great, they have massages, our room (king sized) was GREAT. The quality of breakfast could be improved, but honestly its still ok :)

Do Not Book This Hotel - A Disappointing Experience I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. It’s a far cry from what is advertised online, and here’s why: • Very Old and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is not just old, but it’s also not well-kept, which significantly detracts from the experience. • Terrible Service: The service here is far from satisfactory. It’s slow, unresponsive, and generally below the standard you would expect. • Misleading Reviews: I found that the other reviews online do not accurately represent the true state of the hotel. Be cautious as they seem overly positive and possibly fake. • Subpar Breakfast: The breakfast offered is so inadequate that it’s almost laughable. It’s extremely limited and not at all satisfying. • Unpleasant Rooms: The rooms are not only smelly and outdated but also have a serious mosquito problem. This made my stay particularly uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I highly do not recommend this hotel. It’s a place where disappointment is almost guaranteed.

I had a week here in Dec 2023. Normally a fussy guy and hard to please when it comes to hotels but I genuinely found it hard to find fault. There was nothing too big or small they wouldn't do for me ... wether it's a harder mattress, removing a giant gecko or negotiating a better rate for the tuk tuk ride. Personally I didn't eat at the hotel and went out for food (tons of great restaurants). Shout out to the juice bar next door. Overall a great experience and would recommend for anyone looking to stay in that area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
