Stayed 4 nights in a Beach front bungalow during Christmas 2023. Loved the whole setting of this small resort: lush green jungle garden with loads of flowers. Our bungalow was steps away from the fine sand beach and clear water. Large room with sea view. Don't expect luxury or standard room, but a cosy clean interior with fabulous view. The bed was too hard for our taste to sleep comfortably but staff helped by adding top mattress layer which improved the sleep quality. Loved the "jungle" bathroom, partly open (no visibility from neighbors), with tree inside it. We had great warm water supply and wifi. Of course, due to this open setting, you will have gecko's visiting, which is great to combat small insects and to be expected in this part of the world. Airco/Fan worked really well. Minibar in room, would recommend to buy your own drinks at supermarket as their markup on beers/soda is steep. The massage services on the resort are bit more expensive than all options outside, but the quality was very good (and the setting very pretty). The pool is great, it is actually a nice refreshment as the sea water was quite warm. It's clean and large, there are several showers on the beach and near the pool. There are SUP boards, kayaks and mask/snorkel available for free. Breakfast buffet with lots of choice. We had 1x dinner at resort and it was good. Other dinner options 10-15 walk (5 with scooter), absolutely doable also in dark. Reading other reviews that the road is "bad/treacherous" is not correct. It is paved and there is lighting, there are plenty of other tourists also walking or riding to/from town or other resorts. Scooter rent 150K/day. Pick up from airport was free, Taxi back 300K.

This hotel was a life-saver for our trip to Phu Quoc. We moved from a "3-star resort" due to poor hygiene - and Ancarine Staff and Hotel saved the day. Staff showed us a room and hotel amenities before we booked and were overall incredibly helpful and friendly. The resort itself is stunning and far better than their 2 star rating. The pool was cleaned daily and had a beautiful view of the beach. Beautiful landscaping and gardens which provided great shade and protection from the sun. Our only issue was the room doors had a large gap underneath which allowed a few uninvited guests to visit (toads, geckos and a mouse), but staff were very helpful and came to help remove them during the night. Be aware the resort is in a quiet and remote area. There are few local stores plus a very affordable restaurant only a 10-15 minute walk or bike ride away. Overall, I loved this hotel and would stay here again!

I was here for 4 nights and let me tell you the service here is amazing . The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is to die for . The staff foresee your needs even before you have them .. I absolutely adore this place and I will be back .. the smiles the flavors and string drinks .. .. even if I was here during the wet season so lots of rain and rough seas , they ensured that I had a fantastic time ..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
