This hotel is very convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and I booked one with a balcony where I can see the old street below. It is located in the center of the street, so it's easy to walk to many places. The room price is also very affordable, and there is no deposit required. I will definitely recommend it to my friends to come here again.

Overall- poor. Pros- hot water / quiet room at back of hotel/ location excellent Cons- horrible breakfast ( fried egg, chili sauce, slice of friut, 2 slice of loaf bread).. served cold:((( Better places around with much better offerings… Service - poor:( well meaning but actually non interested) doorman never open door ( trust me, the door is heavy) no real help in simple situations… I checked a few small hotels whilst here same price and location but elevated offerings… so ensure u shop around I believe many reviews have been manipulated….so I would not trust the high score… but it maybe we experienced an unusually poor period… Be aware the toilet / shower smells quite bad and floor very slippery due to leaks in the shower

Location is great. Cleanliness could be better but was bearable; dirty shower glass, bad smell from drains, etc. The shower water is impossible to balance; it's either scalding hot or freezing cold. ALMOST all the staff were amazing and the restaurant food was delicious! 😋 Careful giving them your laundry because they almost lost half of mine; when I was given my laundry back I told them I was missing over half my laundry, they told me to wait and they would look into it, all together I waited more than half an hour, during that time I politely asked several times where the rest of my laundry is and if they could check, was eventually told that they'd given it all back to me and that they did not have it. The two girls at the front desk were literally chatting together and ignoring me while I was standing there, I used Google translate with the mic and found out they were saying some very unkind things about me. And that's when I noticed right below the desk behind the chair that one of them was sitting on was my other bag of laundry. I pointed to it, and then that's when they realized their mistake, and were all embarrassed and apologetic, but I was almost at tears at that point because I don't do confrontations well and it was such a frustrating situation. For that reason, I will not be staying there ever again, but I still partially recommend the place because they had some really other wonderful staff, and it's in a nice location with all the amenities you need.

We stayed here for 2 nights. They failed to fulfil our request for twin room (which was not a big deal for us). The first room we were allocated to had this weird smell when we entered the room. I had to request to change to a different room after I had a quick shower on day one because the bathroom flooded! (From my 3 mins shower). I thought it was just slow drainage like most other hotels in Vietnam, but the water level didn’t go down after 10 mins. When I asked the reception staff to have a look at the flooded bathroom, she kept saying it just takes some time for the water to drain. After I insisted to change to a different room, she finally changed our room to the 6th floor. The second room we got, it looked like as it’s not been cleaned (but just like the first room to be honest). There were black stains on the bedsheet, Dust/hair/other stuff on the floor, there’s a fruit seed in the basin, bathroom floor was dusty, etc. We considered going to a different hotel on day one. I’ll never come back or recommend anyone to stay in Tamtam.

4.5 stars. Everything is good, location, service soft beds. Only small issue is it really needs a new paint job. Lots of marks on the wall in the room from luggage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
