Mixed bag! Cross the road to the beach, 5 minutes walk to night market, food stalls and then turn right for any number of restaurants. So great location.

One star for the location and one star for the very friendly cleaning staff. Reception seems always stressed and not friendly. Electric roomdoor sometimes takes multiple attempts to open. On request of the staff nothing happend. Wifi is not good . I told the reception . He said I have to look for another Wi-Fi … Elevator was out of service a couple of days . Cameras apparently not working …

Nice hotel in a great location. We liked the pool on the rooftop, but the walls around the edge are high so there is no view. The hotel is located in a great spot near some nice restaurants. Cross the street and the beach is right there. We did not like the air conditioner which was underwhelming and didn't really cool the room down... It would take an hour or so to stop sweating even with it on. The shower head was falling out of the wall and the TV didn't work. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. The beach is just across the road which makes it very convenient. The current in Karon Beach are quite strong, so please becareful if you are planning to swim. The swimming pool is quite small and not deep, it is more suitable for children. . If you want to rent a car in Phuket, the Orange car Phuket is the only option(quickly found in google)

Nice hotel, located just by the Karon beach. Majority of the rooms has no seaview. Cleaning service sometimes forget to replace supplies, but nothing crucial. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine too. I would come back here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
