        The breakfast is great if you have it there, but the carry away breakfast box is just bleh. The swimming pool is good. The location is close to malls, shops, night market and restaurants, and hence the view is next to none. The rooms are just weird - the washbasin was outside the toilet and the toilet didn’t have a place to keep the shampoo, soap etc. The staff is nice and helpful.

        Pros: The location is about 10-20 min walking from night markets and laundry Rooms have tons of outlets. Ac works well Cons: hospitality needs huge improvement. Rude male manager? that came out of nowhere with attitude about how some people were disrupting other guests, but from what I saw and heard, the guests in question had issues with the room, and the hotel wasn't accommodating well. They had booked 2 twin beds but were given 1 queen. They won't share and were willing to downgrade (apparently, the room they booked was expensive) and while the hotel was willing to downgrade they wouldn't give a partial refund for their mistake of not having the two twin beds in the original room. I saw they had spoken to two other female workers before the super rude male worker (manager??) came out and escalated everything.

        I have nothing good to say about this hotel. The staff was the worst part. Employees are rude, unaccommodating, and enforce too many rules around the hotel. They ran out of room keys during my stay, so we were only allowed 1 key per room. The breakfast is the worst I’ve had in Thailand, and you’re not allowed to fill up your water bottle. Rooms are outdated, and they lack a view of anything but other buildings. I do not recommend staying at Andakira—pay a little extra and find yourself on the beach.

        We are glad we booked this hotel. We booked the family suite and were given 2 connecting rooms, with 2 bathrooms, 1 big tub. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping 5 stars. Check in was done in 5mins. All of the staffs were friendly and polite. They were very helpful and quick to assist us in almost everything. Asked for toothbrush sets, extra pillows, they will be at your door in less than 5mins. Rooms were big, bright and clean. Beds were quite comfortable, pillows too. Food ordered from room service came super fast. Food was good and still hot when arrived. Breakfast was quite ok, nothing to complain about. Walking distance to convenience store was about 3mins. Overall we were very impressed and happy with our stay. Thanks to all staffs. Zin, Cha, Den or Deh, Mee, housekeeping lady, sorry! Can't remember all of your names and especially the staff who helped with our luggages to the cab during check out. Thank you! (Room 1616 and 1617, 8th Nov to 11th Nov 2023)

        By far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Problem #1) no matter how many people are in one room, you only get one keycard. The keycard also is used to power the entire room. Without the keycard, no electricity. So it was a MAJOR inconvenience when half the party wanted to go out and a few wanted to sleep. Those who slept early had to wake up in the middle of the night to open the door for others. Problem #2) ONE towel per customer per day. So when one towel was wet and I wanted to exchange out, they said no and wait until the next day. Problem #3) the toilet leaked! I had to wipe it every day, hence why I needed new towels everyday. Problem #4) the bathroom smelled like sewage if you didn’t close the toilet seat. Problem #5) the front desk staff in the black were RUDE! We had a bigger room with two beds on reserve and paid for. Upon arrival, we were told they overbooked and couldn’t give us what we paid for, though they said they could downgrade the room to a smaller/cheaper room but we wouldn’t get refunded the difference. We said no that wouldn’t be fair and would settle for the downgrade with the difference refunded. They continued to say no and the guy in the black shirt came out of nowhere and started waiting. He then proceeded to belittle us by saying “I can speak to you in English to help you better understand,” but we reply “speak to us in Thai, because we understand.” After two hours of trying to get things settled, we finally settled for the original reservation with no solution to the predicament. The managers also told us we had to fill out a waiver. We were about to sign it until we read that no one in our group of 25 were allowed to write any kind of negative review. Once we read that, we said no. So the staff tried to silence our complaints because of the staff’s mess ups. Do not come here! There are way better places for the same price with friendly staff! Travelers be warned. It seems as if they like to belittle non Thai speakers.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
