The Al Seef Andalus Hotel was a great choice for our family stay. The rooms were spacious, perfect for our gathering. The revamped lobby and reception looked fantastic, giving off a lovely vibe. It’s a comfortable place to stay, especially for families. Overall, a good stay and recommended for those looking for roomy accommodations and a nice ambiance.

The only positive thing in this hotel is the kindness of the staff ! However it turned to by one of my worst hotel experience, considering the price (quite high dues to Formula 1 GP). The standard rooms are horrible, look like you are in jail, and far from the nice pics shown on Booking. The Premium rooms are much better, but the window opens on a wall, almost no direct light. The biggest problem is that some guests are using this hotel to organise parties and do no respect the guests, there is absolutely no isolation between the room, and the hotel staff was not able to make them respecting the silence. The fact that the hotel is just right next to a private jet airport does not help. The outsides of the hotel are quite dirty, many shops or restaurants are in works, the swimming pools much smaller than they look on picture, the garage is under a shopping mall close to the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend this place and will never go back for sure !

I had a great time at your hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Ayoub Sahnou. He was very kind and made sure I had a great stay. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and I loved spending time by the excellent pool. My room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. I felt welcomed and relaxed. I'm looking forward to coming back and I'll recommend your hotel to my friends. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I was very happy and the staff were very professional. The location is nice and as a regular to visiting Abu Dhabi, I didn’t even hesitate when I booked it the second time and thought that this was the right place to stay whenever I went there. However, when I went there last week I was attended by a very unprofessional male member of staff. I tried everything to not stay there, unfortunately as I’d already paid via a third-party, there was no opportunity to take a refund and stay somewhere else. It was an uncomfortable stay as I did not feel comfortable due to complaining about aforementioned member of staff, and when I spoke to the front manager in the morning, I had asked for the email address of the general manager of the hotel manager and I still have not received that. I’ve waited for it and it still hasn’t come so I will be escalating my complaint to the municipality..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
