I enjoyed staying at this hotel and liked it a lot. The staff are friendly and the facilities were good. The gym is well equipped and the equipment was in good working order apart from one piece. The pool area is pleasant although it was often crowded. There is a restaurant if you don't want to eat out but, there's loads of cheaper restaurants with good quality food a short shuttle or taxi ride away. Most nights we just ate out and got a tuktuk back up to the hotel. The hotel is up a steep hill from the main kata beach area and there is no proper footpath or sidewalk by the side of the road so it's best to use the free hotel shuttle or taxis (which are cheap). This hotel is simply not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is a steep ramp from outside the hotel leading to reception but then accessing rooms, the gym and the pool area requires you to use steps. The free shuttle is a flatbed truck with bench seats on the side so again isn't suitable if you are mobility limited.

I arrived with my wife for a 10 day stay after a long journey from London U.K. at check-in we was asked for a £100 deposit which was in-case we broke anything or forgot to pay a bill which we didn’t pay has we both had no intention of breaking or not paying. This deposit weren’t mentioned when we made the booking. The hotel I’d say is dirty, the pool area floor doesn’t get cleaned i never once seen the pool getting cleaned. The breakfast area in the mornings is chaos there was hardly enough room for everyone to sit. The choice of breakfast is the same daily which is disgusting also. We sent food back once that we ordered from restaurant. The staff are rude on front reception. The staff in pool area are nice unfortunately i wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Are room had a leak one evening when it rained. The smell around the hotel is 🤮🤮 they was also many things broken we had to ask for a shower curtain a light bulb the jacuzzi didn’t work the balcony floor had seen better days i was afraid to stand on it incase it collapsed also the rail around the balcony didn’t look safe. The hill outside is horrendous to even attempt to walk it has there was no kerbside.

Our stay at Andaman Cannacia was one to remember —especially since we got to spend it in their lovely Cannacia suite. The view of Kata beach was stunning from the spacious balcony and from the hotel terrace. Thank you Wan, Tuan, Spy, Soda, Folk and Rey for your fantastic service. The staff made us feel comfortable and cared for during our stay. The location is great for exploring Kata beach and its surrounds as the hotel provides a free shuttle daily. It is also relatively easy to arrange transport to other attractions such as Carnival Magic and Patong Beach with help from the staff.

I enjoyed my stay at the Andaman Cannacia Resort. The room was very spacious and once the karaoke from the restaurant stopped it was very quiet. The room had a few bumps (broken lights, damaged furniture) and the WiFi was pretty useless but the bed was large and comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly. They have a fitness centre and the equipment was basically unused so I was very happy to take advantage of this. There are limited sun loungers and a lot of guests seem to wake up early to leave towels there to claim them for the day and don’t use them for several hours (the management should try to control this as it was extremely frustrating for me). They offer a shuttle to Kata beach every hour which is a great perk considering the hotel is up a very steep hill and towards Kata centre during the night. Breakfast wasn’t good, the food was low quality and the options were very limited. The views of Kata beach were spectacular.

The Hotel is beautiful and staff and service was ok. Just be careful not to leave any water marks of any wet stain(that can be removed easily) on any of the sheets or towels as they will charge you just for the sake of charging you extra money above the $310 /night. Just feels like an outrageous circumstance, but the rest was money well spent!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
