Location was good - located near to all the cool areas in Gangnam. The hotel itself looked a bit old and the floor was not flat. It’s not expected as a high 5-star. But the hotel staff was nice enough to prepare welcoming gifts for my honeymoon.

Excellent service and really friendly staff members. They take the time with foreigners to explain what all can be done and also translate a whole bunch of things. The rooms were spacious and very clean and modern. We stayed here with 2 kids and never felt any lack of space. We only ate breakfast here, decent spread, although can have a larger spread for vegetarians. All in all, a great stay. Thanks for the warm hospitality

5 star hotel located just next to Apujeong station. The room was superb, very well designed to give a nice comfortable ambiance. Huge bathroom with a nice tub. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of Western and Korean. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Even a nice playground for the kids just behind the hotel. Would definitely come back here to stay again if I come back to Seoul.

I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were bright, colorful & clean furnished with everything required during our stay. The staff was always polite and super helpful. The subway station is right below the hotel making it very easy to go around. The hotel also has many convenience stores and coffee shops at walking distance. Overall Andaz was a perfect stay in the heart of Gangnam.

Really nice hotel. Stayed in a suite, so room was comfortable! Great location for tourists, subway right below the hotel. Many cafes and stores connected below hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was delicious. For those with WOH club access, the selection of food is way better than Hyatt Club lounges. However, downside is service is OK, not great. Restaurant hostess was a bit cold, perhaps they're just busy. They rarely smiled. Called Guests services (evening) multiple times to request for bottles of water. Each time we called, they said they would bring it up right away!! It never came. We just fell asleep waiting. Guest services the following morning however are much more attentive. Made a request for a power transformer, and it came in 10 min. 5 stars to the staff behind the scenes (Housekeeping). They always greeted you and made sure you had everything you needed. They made sure we had more than enough water for our stay. Though service could be better, location and overall facilities made up for it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
