One of my absolute favorite hotels in Asia. The view is stunning. The service is outstanding (I mean you’re in Japan). The amenities are great. The food is exquisite. The drinks are great. The happy hour is a very very nice touch. The staff is super friendly and always there to help. We’ve stayed there for 10 days and never really wanted to leave!

This hotel surpasses all expectations with its spacious rooms adorned with beautiful design where every detail impresses, contributing to a luxurious overall experience. The breakfast spread is abundant and generous, served in a dining room that offers a fantastic view of Tokyo. Although situated a 10-minute walk from subway stations and not in an ideal location, navigating to other parts of the city is straightforward; besides, traversing between any neighborhoods in Tokyo typically takes at least 30 minutes. The staff is notably polite and always ready to assist.

I have no idea why this hotel was such high ratings. Yes, the view is amazing (I’ll give it that) but the rooms are dated (dingy carpet, broken fixtures) and the service is chaotic and hurried. On a happier note, the restaurant was quite good (I had an impeccably cooked steak). However, I definitely do not consider this a 5 - star experience or property.

Rarely do we put up a review before the end of our stay but with our experience so far it felt necessary. Michael running the lobby lounge has elevated our experience around the hotel at every turn. He’s helped with advice regarding Tokyo, who to speak with within the hotel, and even just offering a beverage after returning from a day around the city, he’s been above and beyond accommodating us. More to come after our stay.

We stayed here over the very busy New Year's period and the staff here did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome and relaxed. Due to a travel mixup, we showed up 7 hours early for our 5 day reservation, but Yurino Yoshida at the front desk did a fantastic job of making us comfortable and then working to get our room available for us immediately. We didn't expect this, just thought we'd drop our luggage off, but it was really welcome as we were exhausted. All staff we interacted with (spa/pool staff, lounge servers, room service, cleaners, etc ..) were fantastic and I only wish I had captured more names to call them out here. The hotel itself is very comfortable and we really enjoyed the cocktail hours each evening before heading out to dinner. The pool was spotless and a good place to work some energy out of our ten year old. The views from our room and the lounge of Tokyo tower are amazing, and it gave a great perspective on Tokyo. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
