The sounds of people in neighboring rooms were pretty loud and the beds were very firm. The room was clean, and I loved the separate sink room from the shower/toilet area. It had a door, so I could make coffee early without waking up my husband.

I have to write a review, because our experience was so bonkers, and I only see a few reviews that address some of the things that happened to us. Do NOT check into this hotel late! When we checked in, I noticed that our hotel paperwork had the hotel room number crossed out and a new one written in. I soon found out that a family who had come earlier than us had rejected our room and been moved to another one. Our hotel room reeked of something that I suspect was weed. The smell was completely permeating the room. We were told there were no rooms left for us to move to, which I understand at 11:30 at night, but they knew that room was unacceptable to rent either when it was cleaned or at worst when the other family refused to stay in it, hours before. We weren't given any options other than a spray can of Febreeze. My husband slept in the car, and my son and I dealt with the room with the AC cranked to freezing and the noisy bathroom fan running all night. It still smelled just as bad in the morning. The floors were quite dirty and there were faded stains on one of the comforters. I read so many reviews before we showed up about how clean this place is, so I have no idea what happened. I think we got a room that never should have been given to hotel guests. If we had been assigned a normal room, the stay would have been average. It's not quite what I expect from a Best Western, but it was good for the price. The breakfast was small, but it had the basics: pancake machine, waffle maker, eggs, bacon, coffee, tea. There were just a few tables in the breakfast area, so later guests were probably eating in their rooms.

We stayed here for two nights in September to see the Redding area and Lassen Volcanic NP. We know staying at a Best Western can be a hit or a miss, and this BW was a bit of a miss. The rooms were rather large, the bed was comfortable, and the people at the front desk were nice enough. But when you're on the second floor, you'll be hauling your luggage up those stairs, since there's no elevator. Everything in the room looked fine, but don't walk around in white socks, they'll turn black instantly because the floors are filthy. I made a remark about this to the staff, they said they knew about it. Apparently, it was really hard to clean that floor. As stay over guests, we requested our room to be cleaned. But when we returned at night, the towels were still on the floor, the bed was unmade and even though we told them about the dirty floor, it was still filthy. Only the trash cans were emptied. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to give us clean towels and even went upstairs to clean the floor. But her Swiffer mop barely made a dent. Anyway, the hot breakfast was good and plentiful and there were some shops close by. The area has some homeless people, but that wasn't a problem for us.

In the area for work so we stayed a couple times. Staff was great. Breakfast was good too. Rooms were nice. Pool was closed. I had a mishap while trying to book a room on the website but it has been taken care of and truly appreciated. Also wanted to add that I was thankful they were pet friendly since we found an abandoned dog on the side of the road and brought him with us til we could get him to the local humane society. If we're ever back in the area we will be back.

I loved this hotel. Very clean. Best breakfast I’ve ever had offered from a hotel. The room was comfortable. I slept so good on the beds. I stayed here a couple months ago and still have to make it a point to write this review to recommend to others. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to help.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
