I had a lovely stay at Andrea’s Studios. The staff is so friendly especially the cute guy from the reception, Andreas. The rooms are comfy and pleasant. Quiet place even if located on the main road. The service is so professional! As for the location is close to the beach and the center of Perissa . I will definitely visit this hotel ! Thank you for the wonderful stay! 🙏🏻 See you soon ! 😁☺️

We stayed here for a week. Transfer time no more than 30 minutes, we arrived after midnight and was greeted by Andreas who showed us to our room. The room 29 was clean with everything needed and we overlooked the pool / bar area. Daily room clean with fresh towels. Breakfast available from 8am with plenty of choice near reception and when the bar opens the snacks and drinks are very reasonable prices. A very friendly, family run hotel who go above and beyond for your stay. The black beach is no more than 10 minutes away, with plenty of places to eat & drink as well as water sports available. They is a bakery which is a must try and a supermarket just over the road. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back 😄

My beloved Girlfriend and me spend one beautiful Week in this very nice, accommodate and central, family-organized Hotel and we are very satisfied with our Choice! The People working here are so nice and give everything they’ve got to please their Guests’ Wishes and needs and to welcome them. The Breakfast has a quite big variety of Food, the Apartment Rooms get cleaned daily and the Rooms are nice and comfy! The Pool is also cleaned regulary and the nearby Black Beach is very close enough to reach by walk. We will gladly come back! Many regards, Stefan & Stellina :-)

Lovely simple hotel in a very convenient location. Only a 10 min walk to the beach area where you'll find all the restaurants and bars you need. Supermarket just across the road, as well as an excellent bakery with all sorts of treats. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, nice balcony overlooking the pool for relaxing. Pool area is great, plenty seating areas Breakfast was simple but perfect. Just the right amount of selection daily to start the day off Staff were very friendly at all times, and very accommodating Highly recommend a stay here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
