This was the first of 3 stops in Greece for my birthday in August. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was. From the moment we arrived till we departed. Excellent service, food, drinks and hospitality. We stayed in the room known as Theatre. Amazing room, two levels, room service or you could eat in the restaurant. We took advantage of both. Definitely would recommend and return.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Amazing service and great location. The amenities are perfect, including the restaurant, pool, private room pools and the spa. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with reservations and cars. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to imerovigli with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Our stay here was definitely a treat.

Andronis Concept is an incredible resort. The staff are incredibly friendly and they offer the best service anyone can ask. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff was so nice especially George he showed us our room and some activities we can do in the island it was very helpful. We would highly recommend folks stay here because the resort is so peaceful. My wife and I also enjoyed a spa experience there and had dinner at Throubi Restaurant. The food was amazing and the views were unprecedented. Highly recommend people stay at this lovely resort.

The view is amazing, the food and service are great. But the rooms are quite noisy and lacking privacy. They start cleaning the hallway at 8 a.m. and it sounds like it’s next to your bed. There is a highly frequented hiking trail at the rim of the caldera right next to the terraces and private pools of the suites. The bathroom and toilet are in black, walls and floors look worn out which is probably the concept but it felt unhygienic. In terms of value for money there are better places on the island.

This hotel is very worth for a gorgeous view and quiet, perfect away from tourists. Andronis concept is a unique experience with their cave swim pool and professional staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
