Andronis was a true 5-star luxury experience!! My husband and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon and knew we wanted to pick somewhere with the best views in a great location. That's exactly what we got! We couldn't believe how stunning our view was from our room and the large cave style hot tub was incredible. The staff there were extremely attentive and I love that they had use of a hotel app to request things as needed. I was able to schedule breakfast from my phone and they would come set it up on the balcony in the morning! It was also nice they had a pool there as well that was quiet and very well kept. The hotel was in great walking distance to many cute shops and restaurants in the heart of Oia. Such a beautiful place!! I would highly recommend for a honeymoon stay!

My wife and I spent three nights in Santorini and we stayed at Andronis Luxury Suits in the White House Room. I'll start by saying that this was the best place we've ever stayed - best city, best view, and easily best service. Giorgio was our host and he was extremely attentive throughout our trip to answer any questions we had and ensure everything was perfect. He made the experience even greater. Beyond Giorgio, the staff was flawless. Housekeeping seemed to know exactly when to clean the room. Room Service was extremely fast with food and drinks. Everyone knew who we were, what our dietary preferences were, and precisely what we were looking for day in and day out. Bottom line, it's the best service I've encountered and we look forward to returning.

We stayed in Athens Greece then Mykonos and last here. The location is excellent, the views are amazing and the customer service here is top notch. We did a three hour tour around Santorini, private catamaran and wine tour. I will definitely come back and stay again.

Pros: Welcome staff was excellent, took us from drop off point to hotel reception (5 min) walk. Bell boys took care of bring the luggage. Staff took us to the room after checkin and explained some things and asked if we wanted to make dinner reservations or make reservations at a restaurant with a sunset view. We picked PacMan restaurant which is actually a restaurant at another Andronis property. Room had a great view and was spacious, bed was nice and firm with convenient outlets. Sofia was our housekeeper and she was always friendly and cleaned everything. Bellboy and wait service to bring breakfast to our room every morning was great. I don’t know how they carry so much up and down those stairs. Overall staff was attentive and welcoming. Cons: When we did the search to book the room we didn’t update the search to 2 people and after we booked we tried to update it back and hotel charged us 32 EUR for each night. But the cost was the same to book a room for 1 or 2 person stay. They gave us an upgraded room which was bigger, but it felt much inferior and not sure if the prior guest complained and got a different room. The room name is (Athena), through out the stay you can hear loud table screeching noises starting at about 7:30 am or so everyday. I believe the service room or restaurant was above the bathroom area. We didn’t notice day 1 as much as we were tired and afterwards we were unpacked. Day 3 during the day we wanted to turn off the AC and it wouldn’t turn off, we contacted front desk and they sent someone and he reset the AC and turned back on unfortunately he didn’t check if it could be turned off again and we were not able to turn it off at night and it was on high and we couldn’t turn it to silent mode or anything. On our check out the front desk automatically charged us USD and not EUR and said it was automatic, which we are sure it was not everywhere else gave us a selection or would default to EUR even at PacMan restaurant. Overall we didn’t want our vacation ruined and just didn’t let all the negativity harm our vacation or experience. We would definitely return to Santorini again for the spectacular views and weather.

Could not have asked for a better experience in Santorini. Andronis Luxury Suites was 5-start from the moment we step foot in the front office to check-in. The communication with the staff was seamless and easy thanks to the Andronis App. The food - amazing. And the suite itself lived up to the hype - we really enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
