Despite the fact it is quite a random thing, to stay at a thai hotel in Budapest I liked it. We stayed for 2 nights in the beginning of December. The location is great. It is within 15/20min walk to everything in the center. We took the night shuttle bus from the airport and the bus stop is around 5 minutes walk to the hotel. It is definitely a plus that they have a 24hour reception, which was one of the main reasons we decided to go for this hotel. We were lucky that we got one of the pretty rooms with high ceilings. I would definitely have been disappointed if it wasn't the case. The room was very well heated and always warm, seen we visited during winter, which was great. The staff was welcoming and polite. The hotel and the room smelled nice, however very overpowering. Overall I would recommend this place.

Favorable and convenient location of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service. The feeling of comfort and peace made our vacation unforgettable) Receptionists were kind and friendly to us. We also enjoyed tasty breakfasts and followed some recommendations of the restaurant staff about visiting the most catching sites in the city. We would highly recommend this hotel to those who are interested in getting a warm and peaceful atmosphere while exploring a wonderful city of Budapest..

It’s a beautiful hotel near the airport bus and all the tourist attractions. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The interior of the building & room is beautiful. Very safe are too. It was very clean. I highly recommend.

This was a nice hotel - don't let the looks on the outside or in the interior fool you (before you enter the hotel). It is a big building with the hotel on 2nd floor and up. It is dingy and dark in there, especially at night when the lights to not turn on automatically which is why I only gave this 4 stars. The room was big (especially for anywhere in EU), clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked, cleaned everyday, I liked it a lot. One other downside is the walls are thin! They even give you ear plugs when you get into the room - it wasn't a problem for me, but I think the person in the room next to me with normal conversation with someone in my room was not happy Location was great, walking distance to some of the main hotspots in Budapest, hop on/off bus stop in front, 2 restaurants and plenty more close by. When I checked in, she was very nice, informative, and willing to help with any questions I had. For the location and price, this was a great deal, there are a lot more expensive hotels around the area. I hate Booking.com, hate all 3rd party companies, but the price was WAY lower on there than on the hotels site, so I suggest going that way. I did try to reach out to hotel directly and they did not respond (most don't), so booked it thru booking.com.

They let us check in early and were able to do some last minute laundry for us. We had a great stay with a beautiful view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
