Very surprised by this hotel and its quality. The rooms a very modern and loads of space. Has a rooftop pool with a magnificent view and a gym. The breakfast was great daily and they make a deliciously fresh fish and chips.

Great spot for going to stadium and close enough to Waterfront, Seapoint or Greenpoint. The rooms are cute and the restaurant and bar has a great selection. The rooftop pool was our absolute favourite part.

Had a good experience here staff were friendly and warm. Very helpful. The rooms are bit small but did not affect the stay. Breakfast was good and staff went the extra mile. The view from the pool deck is beautiful.

14 minutes waiting for the buffet table to be refilled with food. 10 minutes waiting for eggs in the morning. Finally they came and were very watery. Limited buffet range. Taste of dinner food on the 28 September was very bad. Short staffed. Can't be that about two people are expected to serve the entire dining hall. Very poor bathroom airquality in the mornings in room 603. Dates 28 and 29 September 2023

Rooms are very cramped.No room for luggage bag.No fridges in rooms to keep medication or drinks cold.Had serious problems keeping medication cold Communication between staff and management concerning stuff like keeping medication in fridges were terrible.Especially when shift changes happen. Location is good though. Parking garage very small for large vehicles.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
