Was charged 50 euros the first night and it went up 25$ per day topping out at 117 euros by the third day. The room wasn’t worth 50 euros in the first place. The first night had no heat and the oustside temp was a low of a 39°F, 4°C The room is by India standard and not European standard which is both less than American standard. Filled with bugs ripped curtains people smoking in the room next door filled my room with smoke all night/early morning woke with a stuffy nose and smelling like smoke along with all my clean clothes. Place was filled with bugs. Had them literally crawling in the bed with me. Indians have ruined the standard of hotels world wide. Thank you Patels for making us all pay a little more for a lot less. The world today 🥴

The front staff member was extremely rude, verbally abusive, dismissive and agreesive. I had housekeeping pressure me to check out over an hour early all because I asked about the awful smells in the hotel room. The location is very unsafe with many people hanging about on the doorstep, smoking and taking other substances. Also, the WiFi is terrible. It is weak and disconnects every 5-8 minutes so you have to reconnect constantly.

Steer away. Terrible experience awaits. A few months ago, I was arriving to Frankfurt late at night and I needed a place to sleep. I saw that Angel Hotel has free rooms with good prices. I called before booking to make sure that they have available rooms and once they confirmed that, I booked immediately. I arrived around 12am at the reception and asked to check in. The guy then asked me how much I paid for the room and didn't seem too happy with the answer (50 euros). Then he immediately told me that the don't have a room for me and I should go find a room elsewhere (at midnight!). When I said that I have already paid, he said that I will receive a refund later. I'm writing these words three months later and I have not received the refund and I doubt I ever will. Only book here if you want to be scammed.

Trust me I have been different hotels in my life and I am not used to do a bad comments , but this one they asked me for 75€ per night , when I went in the room , it was discussed smell not clean , I asked to change the room , was the same story with the other room , I went out only used the room for 3 hour sleep and left , never back agein and would ask everyone not to go there as you will get sick

Acceptable overnight accommodations in a slightly sketchy area in front of Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Rooms were spartan but clean. WiFi renews connection & kicks you off the network after 10m of inactivity. A wide-eyed view of the strip club on the corner and the street urchins hustling late at night from every room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
