We had the pleasure of staying at Angelica House for 5 nights. We are a family of 4 and this beautiful apartment had everything we needed and is in a perfect position, close to the supermarket and metro. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back, thank you

Excellent apartment near the metro (a minute walk). There are all additional amenities, central heating and air conditioning in each room, all appliances work, perfect cleanliness, cutlery and accessories are plentiful, pleasant bonuses (water, milk, juice, coffee, croissants, jam). It is very warm in the winter. Very friendly hosts, which is extremely rare. We moved here from other apartments booked on airbnb because they were in terrible condition and were very pleasantly surprised.

Wonderful place and even more amazing people!! The parents of the landlords waited for us and showed us around! you will feel the kindness and hospitality from the first second! i don’t even where to start and stop telling about my experience:) personal pro: - i had some issues with my eyes and they arranged an doctor appointment on the same day by calling several doctors - the made a gift to my wife and daughter to her birthday - they even carried our bagged into the flat - they have been super kind and warm hearted to my and my family - they did everything that we feel comfortable at our stay pro factual: - perfect located (1min to metro; 9 min with metro to duomo; supermarkt 1 min away) - parket place (in a protected courtyard 2 min away just perfect; you can bring all your stuff in that flat and the park your car; access to car the whole time possible) - super clean, big and perfectly equipped with everything you need ( btw high quality furnishing: e.g stopping cabinets, nice stove....) whe can highly recommend it !

Spotless appartment with comfy beds in a quite building though a few minutes away by metro to the city center. The metro station, a super market and other shops just a few steps away.

Lovely apartment, well looked after with kitchen, two big bedrooms and all the amenities such as washing machine, coffee machine and iron. The owner left some food, milk and bottled water. She was very kind and couldn't do enough to make us feel settled in. Well recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
