As an American, I would 100% recommend this hotel. It's in the tourist area which means some of the restaurants are priced a little higher than the surrounding out of the way places, but you also feel without any language barrier. The neighborhood is fun, all the sites are near and the front desk offers 24hour assistance ( there is literally a front desk man and a waiter there 24hrs a day). Breakfast is included and exceptional for being included. Don't waste your money on breakfast street unless your wife makes you 😂😜. The front desk will tell you how to catch a ferry from karikoy to kadikoy, do it.. there's like 1 million people in kadikoy so it will be overwhelming, but fun. End of the day, I cannot recommend this hotel more than I already have. The price to experience ratio is a totally there. Enjoyed it very much. I'll be back ....

I have never stayed in this hotel. But i had a cancelable reservation. I experienced that Hakan (I guess the boss of the hotel and father of manager Selami) was so rude in Whatsapp messaging. Selami and other staff was kind and understanding. But I cancelled my reservation because of Hakan’s style. I have grown up in Turkey and I worked in some touristic places in Turkey, also I have a university degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. Only I want to recommend to everyone who visit Turkey, that when they book a hotel room they need to keep distance to such types like Hakan. Or you may have some disturbing memories. Please prefer to contact more serious and kind places.

If you like to have quite place, great location nearby aya Sofya here one of the hotel u can choose. Remember to decide wisely and check everything carefully of all things, it's written and explain very explicitly in the website regarding the hotel facilities and service given. At first glance u might thought that the owner is very cold and stiff in replying u inquiry, body language not very welcoming or friendly but he just blunt and direct person, actually he was great guy, he was very accommodating assisting u, anytime u needed. In fact we were given information for shortcut to go to airport rather than taking long route to go there by public transportation that available nearby, walking distance. There's 2 type of room here, budget wise and normal öne. Be sure to pick the normal one, don't get confused with the image and price given in website. if in the end u like to stay in this hotel choose NOT the budget one. Based on our experience having the budget one is unpleasant, it's far from the image displayed in website, it quite dull, stair is very narrow, toilet need to upgrade, the bedding pattern too, but if u look for uniquenes maybe this is the place to check. The restaurant for breakfast on top floor no elevator available stair, so yep it's quite a hike to go eat, considered is good sport, anyways the view on rooftops is good, u can see the sea line mosque view, arrangement of seating in restaurant os like homey feeling. Standard breakfast given, not much variety staff not much a talker or assist u in any way. Manager and owner can speak English so it's good overall. The hotel terrace is somewhat like hidden but not really it visible it u look carefully. Yes the road heading this hotel is quite a challenging, that if u bring ur own luggage. Taxi and private car is swirling around and can it can drop u right in front of the hotel but the price is not worth it better take tram or metro to, this is also goes to explore İstanbul for 4 days max is enough just using public transport.

The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of old town and within walking distance to most tourist spots in Istanbul, with easy access to the extremely affordable and convenient public transport to visit the rest of the sightseeings. The room was clean and newly renovated, had everything you may need- hair dryer, kettle, shower caps and toiletries. A complimentary big bottle of mineral water is provided every day. The breakfast choices are plenty, it’s a buffet style, and the terrace provides excellent opportunity for photos of the Blue mosque and Marmara Sea. The hotel staff were very helpful in providing directions and general advice. We had a great stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
