Rooms were dated. Bathrooms did not have shower curtains. Ac was not possible to change. The bathroom ceiling was about to fall. Service was mixed. Originally, we did not have towels in our room. Some of the people in our group did not have the towel changed even if thrown on the floor. Single use slippers were used. Some items at the breakfast was not fresh. Overall hotel could be good so i would suggest to management to charge more but take care of room maintenance etc. Also hotel seem to be only one that does not include tax in restaurants price.

This is NOT a boutique hotel but a dilapidated huge hotel without any maintenance! Avoid at all cost. The first room we were given was 322: it stunk of food via the air conditioning unit and damp. Unbearable. We complained and were given 219: smelt better but 1- the air conditioning unit didn't work properly and made an atrocious noise, it was difficult to sleep even with good earplugs! 2- the door to the balcony didn't close: letting mosquitos in at night 3- the bathroom had some kind of plumbing upgrade but everything got soaked if you showered and was ultra slippery. The whole hotel suffers from age and maintenance problems,see photos attached. The corridors smell awful and there's plenty of humidity stains. At 60£a night we felt very angry. If you check the reviews they sound fake: same expressions and 10/10!!! Very suspicious. See photos below: they cannot lie

The good points of this hotel are the staff (very friendly and helpful), the location, the included breakfast, and the decent room. Downsides were the sound of dogs barking from the corner of the hotel car park (particularly at night), very firm mattress on the beds and lack of shower curtain. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

During my recent stay at Angkor Land Urban Boutique, I had an okay experience. The hotel's pool area was decent, and the ability to order poolside drinks was a nice touch. Breakfasts buffet was good, I really enjoyed the omelette station. The rooms were starting to show their age, but good in terms of cleanliness. One thing worth noting was the staff's friendliness and their availability. In terms of dining, they had a decent selection of Western and Local drinks and food. Angkor Land Urban Boutique offers a relaxed atmosphere, I give the front of house manager props he definitely did his best to accommodate.

This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and the welcoming back was extremely pleasant and memorable. My stay at the Angkor Land Urban Boutique Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exquisite accommodations, delectable dining, International buffet selection for Breakfast and unparalleled service made it a standout choice for a truly memorable stay for me in Siem Reap. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers and look forward to future visits.
