Room was dirty. Suspected linens were not changed. Cockroaches were crawling on the beds and floor. Bathroom was spacious but smelly. Visitors parking were limited and situated approximately 100 meters from the hotel, not enough lighting during the night. Sanitary is questionable. Not recommended unless it is the last hotel available

Great location but the enviroment is totally uncomfortable. If just to stay a night due to work it is quite expensive for a room with queen size bed. I had to clean the I air cond filter due to slow blowing air...😂

Not bad. Consider as a budget hotel. Check in check out process was smooth. Nice ambience. The parking is at the back of hotel but still you can park in front of the hotel if there's an empty parking lot. If you need iron facilities, they will ask deposit RM20 and you need to take it from the lobby by yourself, they will not bring this up to your room. The room was okay, TV sometime shut down itself, they put shower cream in dispenser, no shampoo, and rusty hanging bath towels.

The worst vacation ever!! How can they change our room at very last minute. We supposedly got a room that we booked on the websites but we got another room which is there is no view (a window that facing a freaking awkward hallway?!!), no wardrobe (they only put two awkward clothes hanger on the wall) freaking small room, no fridge etc etc. dont be fooled by the preview or reviews on the booking website sigh. It’s ruined our mood Btw the staff are friendly, they doing their job but it still not a good place even for a short vacation.

Overall not a bad experience. The room is not that clean but acceptable for a short stay. Check in and check out process was smooth. Hotel provide a parking area but it was at the back of the building. If at night it kinda creepy to walk in the area. The price is reasonable and it is recommended for a short stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
