        Nice room and location but there was no one there when I checked in or when I checked out. Or basically any time I was there. Kind of screwed me up because I needed to stash my luggage for a bit. I'm not sure this is actually a hotel.

        My stay at Anise Sapa Hotel was a journey into cultural richness. The hotel's commitment to showcasing the local culture through its architecture and decor was impressive. The traditional dance performances in the evenings were captivating, and I appreciated the opportunity to interact with the local ethnic communities during the hotel's cultural tours. It was an immersive experience.

        Everything was OK, but for the price I expected much better in Vietnam. Good: breakfast. Front desk staff was very warm, kind, and helpful. Bad: top floor room with a 'view' of an empty lot and another hotel. The room listing advertised a private balcony, and there wasn't one in our room... The trekking itinerary said here would be lunch prepared and served in the home of a local family. The guide they gave us was from Hue (not local), and lunch was in a characterless concrete restaurant with a Tin roof that served at least 4 other groups who were hiking through... In both cases the staff just said the ad/itinerary were old or written by someone else. They didn't seemed bothered by the false advertising/ unmet promises.

        We felt we did very well to have been recommended this hotel from one of the staff from our hotel in Hanoi. Only stayed the one night but got so much value for that. The staff were so open and friendly. Having a cup of vietnamese coffee or two and hearing stories from his time living and working in Sapa. Arranged for a couple of hours motorbiking with drivers up to Tram Ton Pass. Having reservations about taking an organised overnight tour walking through the valley we are so glad we did book through the hotel (a guided tour with a local guide and a great group of people was perfect in the end). Great value hotel; right in town; mountain views with a balcony from our room; generous breakfast and good Vietnamese coffee. Thanks heaps to the staff. Highly recommend this hotel

        NOT RELIABLE. NOT RECOMMENDED. I have been here once in May 2016 so that I recommended to my family and booked 2 rooms for them (September 2016), I'm soon regret to do so. I called the hotel and booked two rooms for my family and they confirmed that rooms are available they would keep those rooms for us, my family drove all the way from Hanoi to Sapa and reached there late night with the expectation of getting 2 rooms but they canceled our booking without any notices and without contacting us. My family needed to look for another hotel at 12.00 midnight. Not reliable and not recommend for families

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
