The hotel is quite clean, and the staff in charge of the cleaning care a lot, they are very nice, always keep the room tidy and put sometimes even extra slippers, toilet paper, etc. The locations is also very good. If you like to stay in Asian side and not far from Bagdad street the location is perfect. It has all kind of stores nearby and a very nice shopping mall which has all kind of known restaurants. There are 3 guys behind the reception desk, which the old guy with glasses is racist and rude. He turned off the air condition multiple times and every time I asked why it's not working he said it's fine and tried to make excuses. It was clear after a while that every time I was complaining about the air condition it will start working till the guy shift comes. Last time I booked this hotel he was not giving even water and every time he was ignoring my requests and was asking to drink in restaurant down stairs. The other two guys are polite, friendly and nice, but in my opinion the old guy is doing the opposite of what a receptionist should do. The internet connection is also depends on where you are located in the building, last time I had no problem with internet at all. but this time it was really bad and was disconnecting a lot. The building is not designed with people with even slight disability or struggle. It has stairs in entrance, bad lighting in corridors and very slippery lobby and bathroom. The entrance is not looking good either. Though I think considering what I expected it looked fair.

We have just returned from a week in Turkey staying here at Anka. I am happy I stayed here, for the price I paid it was excellent. Lovely staff, clean room and a healthy breakfast. My husband and I made so many friendships with the locals as well.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, and it's pretty okay value for the price. The area is good and it has some nice breakfast places around. The room is of acceptable size, has AC, was clean and the bed is quite big. The hotel has a very tiny elevator that feels claustrophobic and scary. I would avoid breakfast - due to COVID there is a server that puts the food on your plate part of the buffet, but bread is self serve so guests can touch it - a bit lack of logic there, however it's visible that they do try their best and the disinfectants were generally available.

I stayed in the not renovated part of the hotel, for 6 nights. The price was very cheap, something like 16EUR per night. With that price I could not ask for more. The room was old but clean. The bathroom also, the same. There were points I could complain, but everything is according to the price you pay. The room was being cleaned everyday. I felt very good. The restaurant was open only for breakfast and the breakfast staff was very helpful and nice. I will return if I have business again in that part of the citt

Some time ago I've stayed this hotel on the 5th floor with balcony and sea view, I like princess islands view and decided come again. Today I've booked same room by phone call (reception told ok) and immediately paid by bank transfer money. But! When I came the hotel (at 14.30, its half an hour after payment) they made me wait 20 mins, and after told that 5th floor has technical problems (suddenly) and I cant stay there. After long long dealing with this problem (by the way when they saw my unhappiness immediately English language was changed to turkish and just my husband could deal with them by phone, such a disrespect in my opinion) I got room without balcony, without sea view, without bottles of water, without tea or coffee, + toilet with leakage, burning floor near the bed and no plugs near the bed or table. Oh, sorry, yeah, they gave me back 50 tl (3 usd)...total disappointed and regret that came...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
