We stayed here 2 nights over NYE, the rooms are great, huge bed and location is great, very close to the beach. Unfortunately they have a very young man, probably 16 years old, running the whole hotel, he is overwhelmed and doesn't speak english. We arrived very early and had difficulty communicating with him about check in, he's the only one managing checkin, check out and breakfast and therefore you wait a long time. The breakfast isn't huge and we waited at least 30 mins for it to arrive. Overall the whole complex especially the pool is great, but would probably try a different hotel next time in the area.

The place is terrible, deserted. Stay away from it. Our room was infested with ants, and I received a pretty nasty burn from the shower water while the water was initially set to be just a bit warm (it was around 90 degrees Celsius; beware, it's very dangerous!). The breakfast was actually just a very small portion of food (e.g. 2 eggs and 1 bread slice), and you can only choose either coffee or juice for free, not both. The pool is not actually the hotel's pool, but a public one for the whole complex of hotels in the area. They wanted to rent me a scooter that was in a dangerously bad condition (including non working brakes). The entire staff does not speak English; communicating with them feels like talking to a picture on the wall. On the last day, we left early and although they state on booking that they have 24/7 front desk, there was only a handyman who didn't speak any English and did not know what to do (he tried to stop our Grab driver because we where leaving to the airport and he didn't know what to do further - we just left in the end anyways). It was a very bad experience overall, just stay away if you don't want to ruin your vacation.

This is my first time staying at this amazing hotel. The hotel is very new, neat and clean..the room is spacious with a small cute balcony where I can chill out. The room is well equipped with everything you need including smart TV. The breakfast was ok , not much choice but good enough to start your day. The beach is about 5 minutes walk and swimming is very nice and clean. Only one problem is no local restaurants near by and the property itself is kidda far from night market but if you like the quiet place and peaceful beach, this is a place for you. Definitely my first choice to came back. Btw. The staff are very helpful and attentive to reply my email.

Great clean place near the beach, lovely service people and delicious breakfast! We just had a stay for 1 week at this place and loved it. The pool was only 2 minutes away by feet and every morning we got welcomed so friendly by the personell. The pricing was absolutely fair for what you get, the rooms get cleaned every day, we got new towels for the pool daily as well. Whenever we had a question, there was always a quick helpful answer for it. A big thank you to the service people for your having us such a lovely stay at your place. Absolutely recommendable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
