Rooms tight - pool was great w music. Great sitting areas for nightlife. Offer frig. with drinks to buy good price. WC kept up well. The location is 10 minutes from the bus. Great restaurant along way with Awesome Food - very tasty - Calamari stuffed 👌. Go toward the beach and take 30 minutes (easy 13 jog). It's a great black sand beach.

This place was amazing ! Cute hotel run by really nice staff. The pool area is really nice with comfortable chairs and nice pool. Also a cute lounge area. They sell alcohol and water if you don’t want to walk to get some. Some reviews say there’s no noise cancellation but we were in room 1 right by the pool and never heard anyone outside. It also was quiet at night time for the street. Our room came with a cute balcony too. Bed was very comfortable and ac worked great. A nice added touch to the room was they had built In usb outlets on each side of the bed so you don’t need to plug your cords into converters. About 25 minute walk to fira and a 10ish minute walk to A bus station that takes you all over the island. You wouldn’t need to take the airport shuttle because the bus stop is close and it’s down hill from the Bus station . This area is nice because you can get some good quality for food for lower prices than Fira. Only downside I felt was the walk to the bus station was mostly all uphill . The walk to fira levelled out

Great place to stay. Although a little out the way. And at the bottom of an unfriendly hill. It's great for us, we can walk but it is a trek. The service has been first class. Truly lovely clean and friendly place. Nice little Airbnb.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
