Came here to try out the capsule hotel experience and it was exactly what I was hoping for! The capsules are nice, the place feels very secure, I loved that they provided pajamas for you to wear, and the amenities like unlimited curry rice, a massage chair, a smoking room, and TVs in the capsules were all great additions. They even provide toothbrushes for you. Also checkout time isn't until 11 so I didn't feel rushed in the morning. A few complaints: First, the English hand-out they give you says that you get "up to three alcoholic drinks included" which you get from a vending machine, but when I was checking out they charged me 300 yen for each drink. Not like that's expensive, but it wasn't "included." Also the capsule was a little on the hot side once you close the curtain, and there's only a mounted fan blowing on you to cool you off. Finally, I wish there were some reading materials for English speakers; they had a huge manga selection and none of it was in English. Even just a half dozen volumes of Dragon Ball or something in English would have been nice. Overall I had an amazing time here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to try a capsule hotel.

It's a very good capsule hotel. I've never encountered a hotel that offers free services such as food, drinks, café, massage machines, and what I like is that I am someone who likes to style my hair a lot, and the hotel has hair dryers and many types of hair styling products.

Capsule could be cleaner better. There was mould on the small side table under the TV. Service wise nothing to complain about, staff explained everything in detail during checkin, amenities provided without charge, simple food, soft drink and alcohol foc in the lounge. Rather long walking distance from any nearby station, but if you don’t mind the walk it’s alright.

My first stop in Japan so I was very nervous, staff were super friendly and patient. Only downside was the renovations but even with that there was no disruption to service. The provided food and drinks were great so that I could get used to my new environment at my leisure without having to go outside.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
