        Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Disgustingly dirty bathroom. I understand that there is a problem with moisture, but the bathroom simply needs to be cleaned! The room is tiny. The yard is neglected. There are no hangers at the entrance to hang jackets. There is also a lack of a toilet brush and towel hangers in the bathroom. The advantage is a good location - there is a metro nearby and a nice neighborhood.

        Not a fan of this place and definitely won't be back. The rooms are really small and the bathroom was tiny. The bathroom also smelt funny and had someone's q-tip left behind. It would have been nice to have some extra towels too. We were allocated to a basement room and after travelling 26+ hours, lugging a suitcase downstairs was not ideal. Lastly the pillows were horrible, so much so that my partner and I went out and bought our own. The place is close to Tufnell Park station so that was a plus. If you want a really basic place to stay then this would probably an alright place for you.

        It’s not an hotel as there is no reception and the rooms are accessed via codes sent via email. No replies to emails nor to phone calls. The rooms are small and lacking essential parts such as toilet brush and somewhere to hang towels. The kitchen is big but no pans and pots to cook. For a long stay of 1 week no change of towels was provided. Not recommended.

        Been here 3 times this year, could say the same things!! Recommending everytime it to my friends also! For this price, its a SUPER good choice to stay here! Its near to the centre, everything is about 20-25 mins, the underground by walk is also very close. Has the most amazing and kindest cleaning staff!!!!! Overall, I could not recommend it more!!!!

        Hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, with variety of restaurants within few mins walking distance and easy metro access. We got a basement room with direct access to the garden, so there was plenty of natural light. The room was clean and quiet to sleep, there is no room service but for the price is expected. Check-in is very simple and also the access to the hotel / room. There is a kitchen with all basic utilities, also very clean. Bathroom could be improve by adding some hangers for the towels to dry.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
