Stayed for just one night but left very positive experience due to the cleanness of the room, sheets and towels. Everything was new, tight and comfortable and bed sheets were “crispy clean” which for me is extremely important. Well done 👍

A nice hotel with a good value. Our room was a good size but the beds were small and hard meaning our sleep wasn't the best quality. Its a little further out of milan but is right next to a metro stop which is helpful. The breakfast was average with an ok selection but not as much choice as we have had in other hotels on our stay and the eggs were not nice.

Not what expected, please avoid. Bad location for visiting Milano. Staff couldn't care less about the guests. Beware, rooms differ from what they advertise online via their website or booking.com. We had 2 rooms - one had the only window towards a wall, horrible, another had the smallest shower they could make. One of the rooms smelled bad. In one room the refrigerator had dirty used plastic cutlery inside. The bathroom amenities were already open and used (vanity kit). Did I mentions staff couldn't care less about the guests?

This hotel was very lovely and in a beautiful area. It was about a 30 min taxi from the airport. The front desk came across a little rude during check-in but I believe I was exhausted from 17+ hours of traveling. It was supposed to be paid for by my friend but I was charged at arrival. The rest of the employees were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, however the bidet did not turn on or work. For my introduction to Italy, I give it 4 stars 🤩 Oh, lots of delicious pastry and coffee options nearby with a grocery store and ATM right next door.

Very good breakfast and very poor service in the room. Very hard and not comfortable bed with not comfortable duvets. I expected a lower price for the room and service which I got in that hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
