The rooms are a bit old and very small. The shower floods. However service is good, very friendly and helpful. And the location is also very good. You can walk anywhere central within 10-20 minutes. The breakfast has a selection of local Turkish breakfast dips and breads. Only 1 or 2 hot food. Not great for foreigners. However you can get breakfast at a discount upon check in.

The rooms are a bit old fashioned but there is a TV in the mirror! Also the showers are a bit faulty and the pool is quite small but the sauna and hammam are enjoyable. Amazing view, room dependant.

Fantastic location in the Old City, near the main sites. High quality and cool personality. Well furnished room but small, no space for chair. Great Turkish buffet breakfast. Excellent hospitality. Great value.

Room a bit small but still ok and comfortable. Front desk, concierge was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but sufficient to start the day. Location is perfect for tourist wanting to be in the Oldcity area as all the attractions are within walking distance. Tram station is 3 mins walk. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby yet the area is cool and serene.

I've been in quite a few hotels in my life and didn't have such a pleasant stay in any of them as in the Antea Hotel Old City. The room was very nice and elegant, not extremely luxurious (which was not a problem for us, spending 13 hours walking the city) but it was more that we expected. The service was extremely gentle and kind, either at the counter, at the breakfast and also the cleaning service. They helped us with everything we needed and didn't make any kind of problem to any of our requests. The situation is just perfect. Next to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia, in the heart of Sultanahmet. I would highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
