First ..it is by no mean a 5 star hotel. Nice room, yes, even was not so bad location for what I needed, but no staff is there to get you in, because they come from somewhere else within half an hour, and in the torchering heat of Rome this was not appreciated. Even when you need to reduce or increase the aircondition temperature you cannot do it yourself. When you send a question ( only way successful for me was through Booking) the answer arroved aftet 3 to 34 hours. When I read "guesthouse" at tje websites, I probably mistaken it for the old time guesthouses.. not to a room in an appartment of several rooms with no central place to meet. So this place is not a guest house... it is a client house because nobody hosting you.

The guesthouse is lovely, very clean and comfortable. People at the front desk were very kind and understanding. Loved having access to the kitchen and coffee machine. Thank you! We had a great time in Rome.

We are nearly 7 people on total stayed in this place. We took one luxury suite and one triple room. Triple room was spacious. But bathroom was little small. Luxury suite was really as mentioned in the Google. Spacious with super big bathroom. Price - reasonable 👏 Service - 5 star👏 Wifi - ✅ Luggage storage - ✅ yes there is seperate racks to store your luggage. City center - 800m from roma termini Facilities- breakfast option,cafe machine. Bathrooms - clean and spacious. Reception desk - ✅ Location can be accessible by Google maps or else city mapper app. Make sure to low the noise as its was apartments and less crowd if you speak in a low voice the resonance will be high. The person in the reception desk will explain you each and everything after giving the keys. And he was accessible 24/7 with his phone. He will give quick response. I am very thank full to Anthony once again for making our stay memorable. All the above mentioned details are my personal experience.

Very clean. Great location. Excellent staff. Room size was good good for 4 people. Very helpful and accommodating. Only drawback was towels were stiff and scratchy like sandpaper. Bring your own soap and shampoo.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
